This was a fabulous Dairy Queen! The only thing I would “complain” about was that the workers were messing around while on the job. But I think it really improved their mood when they worked together playfully! Another thing was that even though It was mid-day the floors were not washed. I do not know if this was part of the neglect this place has gotten in the past but It was certainly noticeable.

The staff were friendly, and everything went as expected. It would have been nice to have tables and chairs indoors to enjoy our ice cream comfortably. Without a seating area inside, we felt a bit rushed to finish up and leave. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for a small improvement.
Would you like it a bit more formal or casual?

Never again! Waited in line for half an hour. There was no one inside and only 3 cars ahead of us. They didn’t even bother mixing two of the blizzards and one they forgot half the ingredients. The girl at the window was rude and slow. Almost 20 dollars for 2 small blizzards and a mini just to throw one out.

Wow, 2 young kids running the place. Ordered a Buster bar and received vanilla ice cream on a stick with some peanuts on top. No layers of fudge or chocolate covering. Was told that’s the way somebody made them. Put it in the trash and decided to just get the peanut Buster parfait. Received a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dab of fudge on the bottem and top. Obviously no supervision or training at this location. Not the fault of the two young employees!

Decent enough for a Dairy Queen. They actually have friendly staff and they fill up your cone unlike the fox lake location. I had no idea you could get your ice cream cone dipped in sprinkles, I just kinda assumed chocolate was it but I’m not really a Dairy Queen guy.

Hard working owner that has a good sense of humor. Next time I’ll remember to ask her name? That being said, she is a gem!

I have been a customer at Dairy Queen since it opened in Spring Grove. I have always been happy with the service and items served. The last two visits I ordered a cone. I noticed the ice cream does not get wrapped around the cone anymore. The ice cream is put in the opening of the cone and the rest of the cone is exposed . Of course, this is cutting back on the ice cream content! I can not pay almost $5 for a medium cone and not even get the equivalent of a scoop of ice cream. I hopeful the “old” cone makes a comeback ! If not, I can buy a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and eat at home .

Just there for first time. Owner and staff were lovely. Place so clean I told them if my cone dropped on floor I would pick it up and eat it!
Good to see a new Spring Grove establishment .

Ice cream was good but girl with nose ring at register didn’t know anything or how to count money. Just called and they don’t serve food. So went in
I shouldn’t have. Yuck. Ok so an updated review. Terrible again. Done this time. Why not have food? Probably because tbe employees can’t. Sne s thing.y

Very little upkeep at this location. No reinvestment into the equipment and no interest in the aesthetics. We have visited this location multiple times and it always looks the same. The younger employees (2) are extremely friendly, but it’s obvious that there is no interest by management to attract new customers.
