Been going here for 5 years. Not the friendliest of service, as others have mentioned, but my order was always correct until recently. The last 2 times I’ve gone (which were a week apart) my blizzard was wrong. Once with complete wrong ingredients and the second time an ingredient was missing. Once in 5 years is understandable. Twice in a week suggests a lack of attention.

Always an odd experience. For example, they never tell me my order total. I have to ask for it at the window. The ice cream is usually melty and they never flip the blizzards. Minimal candy in the blizzards. Just feels like penny pinching on their end. Doesn’t feel welcoming either. Overall disappointing compared to other fast food in the area that has kind customer service.

The owner of this Dairy Queen came across as a very bitter and rude man. Instead of being honest or helpful, he was dismissive and disrespectful. It’s sad to see someone in charge of a business treat customers this way. The staff themselves weren’t the issue—it was the owner’s attitude. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others think twice before supporting a place where the person running it can’t show basic decency or respect.

The old man working there wasn’t very friendly at all. He took our orders, then shut the window on us and then came back and gave us watered down blizzards. He proceeded to take my card, shut the window, then open it back up and give me my card back with no word said. No mention on price or receipt. Worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to.

This was our first visit to this Dairy Queen location as we were passing through for work. My husband and I each ordered a blizzard in the drive-through. They were delicious and prepared correctly. The staff member we talked with was very friendly, and the drive-through line moved very quickly. We also really liked that no employees were outside smoking because that always lowers our opinion of the cleanliness of restaurants.
We decided to sit in the car in the parking lot to eat them because the roofs over the parking areas provided shade on that sunny day.
We would definitely visit again whenever we’re passing through and want ice cream.

This is based off a walk up order experience: we went at 7 pm for dessert and got our order immediately. The ice cream was what we ordered and they flip the blizzard upside down. The staff is not overly friendly but we got our ice cream, and it is more of a walk up and order restaurant than a sit down place.

Unfortunately there was not an option for no stars. The manager was absolutely horrible and that’s putting it nicely. He was extremely rude and blamed me when he couldn’t scan my App. Worst experience EVER. I actually almost called the police to report him.

I’ve gotten ice cream here before and it’s been good. But I wanted to take the time to make a review and thank them again for the awesome job they did decorating a cake for my dad’s birthday. I dont if everyone is on dqs frozen cakes but they’re amazing. Plus they can decorate it on the spot. Which they did a great job on my dad’s cake. My family always last minute on parties so dq has saved me a quite a few times.
