I stopped by to pick up Dilly Bars and Buster Bars for coworkers. Even though my order was rather large and I had not phoned ahead, the service was fantastic. As always the ice cream was great.

Second weekend in a row we tried to take grandkids for an ice cream date. The outside sign says open 10:30-9:30 but it’s closed in the afternoon. Little tiny sign on the door with the hours the are open. I understand if you don’t have help, but change your sign then! Won’t be trying again, I’ll support other local businesses instead.

It was extremely well managed and the owner kept it in very well care. The Sundays are delicious and a great snack. I love going there because the ice cream is so good and I have never had any discoloration or mold on my food unlike McDonalds.

The food tastes good, but the service could be better. I got a blizzard on my last visit, and they did not perform the thickness test. When I got home five minutes later the blizzard was halfway melted. Overall the food is pretty good, but it could be better.

Went to get a butterscotch dipped cone and a chocolate milk shake. No one was at the front. A girl came from the back, finally, took my order made it in two seconds. My dipped cone had such a thin layer I couldn’t even taste it. The milk shake had all the chocolate at the bottom and wasn’t the greatest. She set the order on the counter said have a good day turned around and ran back to the back to where her friends were. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask about the “ dipped” cone. Horrible customer service. More concerned about her friends than doing her job. Need to be trained better…?

Remove the menu from this site. I do not enjoy false advertisement. Why should I drive an hour to expect a burger and fries to find out I can only get a hotdog. I will never be back.

Server got angry after I asked for a new ice cream cone. I was served a cone without the paper wrapped bottom. She roughly threw it in the waist and hastily pushed a new ice cream cone towards me. Havre needs to hire friendlier and more courteous workers.
