I’m a little disappointed with the hours…..closes at 8pm. That seems a little early for summer. Also went there on Sunday and stood in line for about 10-15 minutes and then all of a sudden we were told they were only going to take two more customers because they closed at 8pm. I was always brought up that you serve until everyone is gone. Making me wonder if 8pm is a little too early to close.

Don’t show up within 1 hour of close. Chance them being closed or too overwhelmed they will mess up your order.

This DQ is a bit “old school”. Basically a walk up stand and it is pretty cool. I called to order a custom ice cream cake, which requires 24hr advance notice. The process went very smoothly and the product exceeded expectations!

I ordered a DQ cupcake, because ordering a cake is just too much for us. Even though the didn’t have any made they offered to special made it for us. Amazing food and awesome customer service

First of all, when did Dairy Queen start asking for tips? It’s Dairy Queen, for crying out loud.
Half my order required reaching into a freezer to pull out a paper bag for a ready to serve item. Should I assume that the employees are being paid server wages and rely on tips? Servers, by the way, are paid tips based on the service they have provided before the bill is presented at the end of a meal. Adding a tip prior to providing service defeats the purpose.
I ordered a blizzard. I specifically walked up to the window and said, “I’d like a small Blizzard. I just don’t know the name of what kind I want.” My son said the name of a type of sundae, which I figured was also made into a Blizzard. When staff made a SUNDAE instead of the Blizzard I asked for, it was placed on the corner of the ordering counter, leaving the next customer to assume it was theirs. Confusion followed. I was too frustrated to deal with the “Oh, um, we can make you something else”. I left and gave the ice cream away.
I don’t go to Dairy Queen often. It really is a treat for me. But 100% of the trips I have made there this year, I did not receive what I ordered.

May 29th 2025 AGAIN they closed early not by a few min but we were there at 8:10 pm when it says they close at 9pm …dont they know how to tell time ??? This is so disappointing how it’s Gone Down Hill !!!!

I love DQ but this one seems to have really gotten run down. The slushy machine has been broken all summer, apparently they ordered a new part that was wrong and the new one hasn’t come in yet. But worse than that there seems to b a lack of putting out a good product… Every time we order a mint shake most the flavor is left at the bottom

C’mon guys, it’s Dairy Queen. You know if you know. You order Dairy Queen and you get Dairy Queen. Staff has always been friendly, and they always deliver. Have 0 complaints about any of the times we’ve gone here. Cookie Dough is the flavor of choice and I’m never disappointed. We’ll be back.
