Never been to Dairy Queen this small, it looks more like a booth than an actual building.. I was, at first, confused about if they were open since it was my first time visiting. I ended up getting a snickers blizzard though, and it was delicious.

So I’m standing here and I’m not mad about the messed up mobile order. But the older lady working should work on her customer service or don’t have this job. I literally said I was her for a pick up meaning mobile order. She was confused and thought I was here for a cake order and when she asked what I ordered after proving it was indeed at this location… she replied with “k” the younger lady with dark hair and glasses was very nice. But the other one was very short with me and rude. Also I order this from here all the time via door dash.. so I’ll think again next time. I can’t imagine she’s nice to her co workers

I am very disappointed not only with the service but also the unprofessional way they handled being short staffed, I came through the drive through and got to the drive through at 8:58 google and their hours say that they close at 9:30, but unfortunately an associate came out and told us they are closed bc they are short staffed. Just because you don’t have the employees you normally would does not mean you stop service. Grow up as a chain and serve your customers with the same service they expect each time they come.

Me and my wife each ordered a Orange Julius. It was rather noisy with all the traffic, but I was sure he told me the total was $17 something, for two Julius’. My wife did order added banana. Upon looking at the receipt I noticed they charged us $7.99 just for the added banana. They were all young kids working and could not figure out anything. Finally, after about ten minutes and at least six people behind us, we got our money back.

The young Asian girl at the drive thru was extremely rude. She acted as if we were interrupting her evening. As we were waiting in line, I saw them bring my ice cream cone to her. By the time we got to the drive thru window, my ice cream cone was a mess. I asked her to make me a new one and she refused. Claiming they were too busy to do so. Then closed the window on me. The worst service I ever had.
