I am an UberEats driver. I came to pick up an order on 11/6 around 9:20. All lights were off and there was nobody inside. It says they are open until 10pm on Google. Honked and then sat and waited until about 9:30. Maybe turn off the POS system if you are going to bail out on your shift.

love dairy queen!! the ice creams cakes are the best and the only cake i will eat. if it’s not from dairy queen, i won’t eat it. always have good experiences when i come here and to other locations as well. they have the best burgers and ice cream treats as well. will always be a customer at dairy queen locations 🙂

When I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me. I waited over 25 minutes. When my order was being taken, by a girl with black curly hair And red streaks, she asked what we wanted then didn’t respond for a full minute, I had to say hello several times before getting a response. I could clearly see through your windows and saw your employees standing around and laughing while a blonde hair girl ran around and did most of the work. After waiting we get to the window and the curly haired girl opened the window and just said 10.63, my boyfriend handed her his card and she said no American Express, very rudely. So my boyfriend gave her another card. I asked for our blizzard cup to be cleaned because it was dripping with melted ice cream. Then I asked the cashiers name to which she replied Roma, and then walked away to have my smoothie remade because it had started to separate. We had to ask another person (a guy) to give our card back and for our blizzard and smoothie and then we asked him what the girls name was to which he replied Ashanti. I’m not blaming the kids here, I am blaming the management for leaving these very untrained kids with no leadership. I want people to enjoy their jobs, but they should also be responsible enough to know where to draw the line and actually work.

So when I went to Dairy Queen, I wanted my free ice cream cone and free ice cream cone day. The store says it closes at 9 PM but when I got there supposedly the owner, Patrick park his car in the drive-through, but we could clearly get through once we got through this guy comes in taps on our window. It says you have to leave! One star I went to A&W and got a bus and cone

Worst fast food place I’ve been to. Dirty, rude and lazy workers that couldn’t care less. Waiting 15 minutes for a pretzel they forgot. On top of that they have a hand written sign asking for tips when, 1. it’s not a tip wage job and 2. they are hardly working. 0 out of 10 would never recommend.

First hot day of the summer, so I get it, but we waited in the drive-through line for an hour, and when we got up to order, the store had run out of all items made with cookie dough, animal cookies, and brownie batter. So we ordered soft serve, and it was not very tasty at all. In all fairness, those poor staff members were running like crazy and doing the best they could with the staff they had, but as a large chain organization, the 6 ps of business need to be followed at all times. We will still be back, but probably we will not wait the hour in line like we did again
