Went there for something to munch on, used my card said I didn’t have anything on it (which I know I did) left, looked at my balance, they still charged me for food I never got. Went back, didn’t get me a refund or anything because I didn’t have a receipt, yet I WAS STILL CHARGED. 2ND WORSE DQ THERE IS.

Go Monday through Friday before the evening. Way better customer service. Plus I think my moolatte is actually a very very thick shake…. ♀️I asked if coffee was actually put into it and the girl yelled from the back that it was with an annoyed attitude. Make sure to go early to avoid the younger staff.

I almost swallowed this in my strawberry shake, SO SCARY and DISGUSTING! After speaking to the owner, he offered me a free dilly bar to make it right, then made light of the situation, AND then tried to blame the issue on everyone else, including the City of Milwaukee straw policy. Um, okay? Exactly the type of response, we can expect from a privileged, white male owner…nothing is his fault, everyone else is to blame. EWWW…STAY AWAY.

I love a good DQ and this one reminds me of the one I used to go to growing up. Very limited hot food menu (hot dogs only) but all the ice cream favorites are here. Not a place you come to sit down but a place to come and grab a treat to sit outside or take home. They finally upgraded their registers which is a big plus. I hope this DQ sticks around!

I patronized the Whitefish Bay dairy queen tonight 01/08/23 @ 1708 and I was treated very disrespectful by what he says is the manager, ( tall Caucasian male with zits in his face.) My ice cream was falling off the cone so instead of letting the ice cream hit the floor I let it fall on the counter. I requested another and it was falling before he could give it to me. I asked for him to put put ice cream in a cup and he offered a cup for me to take the ice cream off the counter. He also refused my refund. The worst service I would recommend if you are African American video the service.
