Ordered a cake for my daughter online Sunday. I called to confirm pick up today 2-7 and I’m guessing the owner answered the phone at 9:00 a.m. and he said someone should have called me because the edible image that I ordered they don’t sell no more and someone should have called me I said oh no I didn’t know he apologized for No One contacting me and told me he was going to give me a deal on the cake and I was appreciative and he said he didn’t open till noon and he’ll see me then then he immediately called back and said if you want to pick it up before 10:00 a.m. you’re more than welcome to but I’m leaving at 10:00 and the store don’t open till noon when I got there he made it very special for me and my grandson to come pick up this cake that I couldn’t believe it and I just wanted to say thank you because he went beyond expectations thank you again

This place never has chocolate ice cream. Not sure if it’s their machine or what. But for the past 2 months they’ve been out.
No lights out front. The place looks closed but for the one open sign in the window. My husband and I both ordered Brownie and Oreo Cupfection. It amounted to a couple tablespoons of “icy” ice cream, a lot of oreo pieces and the brownie was so hard and stale that neither of us could eat it. They were also out of the marshmallow that was supposed to be on it as well as the chocolate syrup. This is the second time we’ve been to this location. We won’t be back.

Ordered 3 blizzards all three were handed to me looking like soup! One of the girls wouldn’t smile and acted as if I was an inconvenience. The only saving grace this store has was the guy who took my order.

It’s a small little ice cream shop. It belongs to a big chain and it is consistent with the dairy Queen chain quality. I personally think you could get a decent quality ice cream shake from most places that are smaller businesses but whatevs. They have maintained the standards.

Good customer service, quick service. Sometimes the ice cream is too soft, I realize it can take a fresh mix to cool down to freezing level. Maybe add the mix before it gets too low?

To say we were in a tough spot would be an understatement. Mya was able to save the day by preparing an ice-cream cake order in an incredibly short amount of time, with very little information, for an important event. She did a great job and the event was saved. 10/10 service!

The ice cream is always great and employees are nice. However, some of the employees need a refresher on blizzard ingredients. Both the cookie dough and heath blizzard are supposed to have fudge in the blizzard. The past two times we have ordered those blizzards, the fudge was not included.
