Way over priced hot dog meal. 2 hot dogs and a bag of chips watered down soda that tasted anything but sprite and diet coke.only gave 2 stars for older sweet lady that seemed to be the only one working kudos to her.long enough wait time that car behind us left before we even got our order.would I go back again probably not considering 2 hot dogs soda and bag of chips $10.00…

Overall great experience! When I went in it was around 9:30. The service was good, and they were very quick with getting out food. The only problem I had was we ordered a marshmallow malt, strawberry shake, and a water, but we got a marshmallow shake, a strawberry shake, and no water. Not a huge deal though.

This place was horrible. We went to go get Dairy Queen with 30 minutes till close. When we started ordering we where meant with rude workers who kept making rude comments about how inconvenient we where for ordering. When we got to the window they handed us 13 ice creams but we ordered 18. We asked for a receipt to make sure we got everything after we paid $114 for 18 blizzards. But they said no and started yelling at my 2 little kids in the back seat who were crying for ice cream. She started cussing and saying not ok rude comments in front of my 5 year old kids. Then we drove off and they told us to call Joe in the morning for any complaints. Don’t go here.

Not very pleased with the cake we purchased today. We get a cake a couple times a year for birthdays and have always loved them! Today the cake is mostly vanilla ice cream. Hardly any chocolate ice cream and little to no fudge/cookie crumbles. Not sure if it’s the location poorly putting the cake together or if DQ is changing the cakes. Either way, we may be looking elsewhere for our next birthday!

Tonight 7-9-24 we stopped by to get ice cream around 7:45pm. We were greeted through the outdoor speaker menu board however couldn’t understand any of the person talking because there was others in background meowing over the top of the person speaking. No idea what was asked or said. There were 3 young workers inside when we drove up to the window and they were still messing around. Have no idea what my total was until I looked at my bank card online to see the transaction. Can’t believe this happened, like seriously meowing over the top so we can’t hear what was being asked and confirmed what we wanted. Not satisfied at all. Confirming the person heard the order and repeat what they wanted to get so that the order is not messed up and wasted if wrong.

so there a few works there and they are so nice and genuine. Everyone there deserves a raise. And the ice cream, shakes and other sweet beverages are very sweet and tasty. I prefer the cotton conady blizzard.

Before I begin: the worker at the window with short brown hair was very sweet and tried to help as much as they could!
I bought two dipped cones, as we pulled up to the window we could hear a woman complaining that “YOU are the one that keeps doing this.” Oh well, maybe it’s work drama. We got our cones and the cone portion tasted like chemicals. We went back through the window, and were offered a re-make. After being given our second cones, they still tasted like chemicals. There was an older woman in the store standing close by the window who said “It’s not CHEMICALS, it’s just the cones.”
The younger member asked if we wanted a refund, we were unsure, but offered them to try the cone. The older woman said “Oh my GOD.” but after trying, the younger employee said oh yes they do taste funky. They quickly offered us some sundaes as a substitute.
I haven’t had a problem like this at Dairy Queen before, and the younger person handled it well, I was just appalled by how rude the other woman was. I am thinking as we pulled up she was being mean to the younger person as well. Just a rude experience from the woman who wasn’t even working at the window. Sorry to the younger person working there!!
