who doesn’t LOVE Dairy Queen! i just moved to Greenville MI and it’s the first DQ i have had in 20 years and it’s still as good as i remember! Also ALWAYS use the app to order so you get points and promos! i got a free shake today! and my Buster Bar is HUGE! YUM my new favorite!

Everyone placed their order and moved up to the window. When it was my turn. I received the we’re closed message!! Are you serious?
Even in the pre-recorded message it says hours are until 9pm.
That made me feel like they don’t want my business regardless of the time. So I will not return.

I visited this Dairy Queen around 7 PM on Saturday the 4th. I ordered a small twist in a cup with a chocolate shell, along with a strawberry banana smoothie. Unfortunately, the smoothie was barely blended and filled with large ice chunks. The ice cream was served in a cone placed inside a cup, which I did not mind, but the portion was extremely small, less than half the size of a typical kids size. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and feel like I did not get my money’s worth. I will not be returning.

Went tonight got the “ celebration blizzard “ no flavor and next to no cake pieces and the chilly dog combo my bf got had nothing at all on them at alll????? guess someone should teach the crew how to put chill and cheese on a hot dog because handing someone two plain hotdogs was unreal! I ordered 2 blizzards and a large water. The ice cream tasted like ice cream no complaints, im just mad they charged me $2.99 for a large ice water. At least warn me, I’d have drank water at home for free dang.

I placed on online order for a Oreo Blizzard Cake on Tuesday, 2/11 and received email confirmation. I scheduled pick-up for Thursday, 2/20 at 7PM. Upon my arrival, my cake was not ready nor was there any record of my order despite having email confirmation. I appreciate the staff’s willingness to be a part of the solution; a staff member grabbed an unfinished cake to write my message and added the chocolate cone dip / drizzle to the perimeter. Despite her effort, I am extremely disappointed with my cake. I am unsure if she is the primary cake decorator but I would assume not based on the appearance of the message on the cake. What I received is not reflective of the images online nor the price point of almost $40.
