Traveling Construction Superintendent
They don’t know how to make a sundae. They never put hot fudge or strawberry topping at the bottom like the pictures show. They need training at a minimum. They never say thank you when I give them tips. This is my 3rd time here and the same results every time. We won’t be back as we don’t care for this location.

If I could leave no stars I would Came in with my family order a chocolate milkshake, a moolatte made special, a caramel sundae, and a chocolate dipped cone. My milkshake tasted of spoiled milk had chunks of what looked like milk in it couldn’t drink at all. The moolatte did not have the requested flavors my husband wanted and he asked for no whipped cream it and they didn’t listen and it alwell tasted spoiled or just plain off since he orders these quite regularly. After sipping my shake twice I immediately felt the need to puke. We returned to the counter to inform the stafd they were very rude and all they said was “well we can remake it but there’s nothing else we can do”, I refused the remake on the shake since I now felt nauseous my husband took the remake on his moolatte and it still tasted horrible he immediately threw it away and we left. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION MAY NOT RETURN TO DQ AT ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I come here every once in a while for a sweet treat. The food is just fine mostly and the place is normally very well kept and clean. I like them because the hours are longer than others so I’m able to drop by after my work (normally 9:45-10pm) and eat here.
Tonight (Sat 21) I had just gotten off my own shift and arrived around 9:57-10:02. Someone had just droven off with their own ice cream. As I was getting out of the car, a worker ran to lock the door and turned off the lights before ducking behind the counter/kitchen?
Thinking perhaps I got the wrong times I checked online and in person—still 10:30. When the workers ducked up and down to check on me and ignore me after I knocked I was a little confused. I figured they were perhaps cleaning up or something and although I was not verbally informed I figured I would just return to my car and leave. However, when I got into my car the same worker got up and unlocked the door before turning the lights back on.
I was a lot more confused this time. I hate to give angry reviews and actually think it hurts workers when they make honest mistakes (as someone who has worked retail myself), however my managers never would have allowed this. It hurt my feelings to not even be given notice and ignored repeatedly.

We ordered a door dash within the hour about by 10:00ish, we ordered six hot dogs, 1 pretzels or the soft ones with the queso, a shake two sodas. Our hot dogs were cold, and one spilled in the bag, to the point where one was actually split open the bun was in half. The queso’s dip was frozen… Literally like a frozen chunk of ice. We love your guys’s location but this is such a disappointment. I get it… if it’s close to closing time and you want to push an order out last minute or maybe it was just easier that way. I would have preferred you just to deny our order instead of getting us the food we got tonight. We know the hot dogs get warmed We have gotten them before, they were really cold. We will give you guys another try I put three stars for the food overall because at least we got all of our items.

Once upon a time this was a great place to get ice cream, my wife and daughter and myself really enjoyed going here, service was great, overall just a really good place near home to go, but after a few very poor experiences the last one takes the cake, we will never go back, I ordered a banana split and the girl forgot the bananas, WHO forgets to put bananas in a banana split?? Came in at 8:15pm, ordered 3 blizzards, was told that they had to refresh the cream in their machine. No biggie, it happens. All 3 blizzards placed in the bag. No traditional upside down showing for a reason. Me and my family get home and open the bag, might as well ordered milk. Call about a refund to be told I would have to drive back to the store, when they know they gave me a bad product. I won’t be going back to this store. Terrible service. I understand its close to closing time…be honest about the product.

Unfortunately this store seems to have machine issues – the last 3 times at this location the ice cream was runny… didn’t matter if it was vanilla or chocolate, didn’t matter if it was a blizzard, sundae, or cone. All runny from the counter to the car, by the time we made the 3-4 min drive home it was basically soup. Someone needs to pay attention to the air ratio in the soft serve because something is funky. It’s the most convenient store so I’ve given them multiple chances at different times of day with no luck. Very excited for the other nearby seasonal locations to open for the year so I can avoid this store.

Was good when 1st opened. The burger use to rival bdubs. Not anymore. Not even close. Burger was made sloppy. The bread was stale. The bread actually pulled like elastic. Disgusting. Fries taste of old unkempt grease. To add insult to injury. This was my thanksgiving meal to myself. A complete waste of money. Will continue to go to McDonald’s woodhaven. They’ve never done me wrong.
