Tasty treats but frustrating that half the times the on app discounts with scan redeed won’t scan and rewards points on receipt were claimed before we could scan on phone. Also wish this store was full menu and would do thick blizzards. They won’t do the upside down delivery.

When the person at the window doesn’t flip your Blizzard take that as a sign that you shouldn’t do it either. Definitely didn’t melt this much on my 5 minute drive home.

If I could give a zero star review that’s what would happen today! One chunk of an oreo in an OREO blizzard. No brownie chunks in a BROWNIE blizzard. Blue raspberry slush was light blue where you could still see most of the ice. Go in and politely ask for it to be correct and get told that’s the proper way. You should probably retrain your crew in the evenings because those teens make great products. We took everything back in right after we pulled from the drive thru and parked in their lot to just ask for our money back. Mind you there’s like one sip out of the drinks and maybe half a bite out of the blizzards. The owner said do not come back if we don’t like what they serve. Wowwww. Just wow. The one in Milton Kentucky is so superior to this location!

I came here to pick up an in app (DQ) order and the cashier claimed they didn’t have my order. I showed them my app and proof of purchase and they just brushed me off. They made my order unconvinced i actually paid. They then handed me a soupy min i blizzard with all the mix-ins sitting on top, cold queso dip and pretzel sticks completely soaked in butter… to top it all off was the napkins wadded up into intentional balls inside my bag. Im extremely disappointed and disgusted. I won’t be back.

We went for a blizzard and got super runny icecream with no Oreo chunks (got an Oreo blizzard). When asked politely for another one, they were unwilling and claimed it was correct.

The menue had about 6 different types of hot dogs and no other food what so ever. I know it’s primarily an ice cream place but come on you used to be able to eat some real food at these places.

Yum! Frozen hot chocolate is amazing! It says it’s a limited time offering, but I hope they keep it on the regular menu. It is addictive. This is one of the best Dairy Queen stores I have been to! Always friendly, fast, and always perfect.

Do not recommend going here. Staff of girls are just here for a paycheck. Presented my 0.89 cent ice cream cone to them and they charged my card $4! I asked if they charged me $4 as I got the alert on my bank statement on my phone, and the girl with black hair said no. I asked for the receipt. She looked at the receipt and folded the receipt up multiple times. I looked at it and was charged $4. She walked away from the windows when I tried getting her attention. I honked and she walked away. She knew what she did. Not a very honest person at all. A male came over and said he heard on the head set there was an issue at the window. He gave me cash for the overcharge. The guy was great and said he was sorry. The girl with the black hair was not honest at ALL! she did triple the work for the same result. This delayed me as I was getting ice cream for someone only to have it melted severely by the time I got there. And they need to work on their cones! An inch of ice cream is not what’s picture on a small. So many times this Location has been a let down. It’s worth going to the MILTON KY location.

We went to DQ yesterday for food & ice cream, (chicken strips & French fries) Surprise the only food is a hot dog with different toppings. We got small blizzards. They were over full, running down the sides, a total mess. They were also almost$10. It definitely wasn’t worth it. We went in to get our food. I would’ve been very upset if I was given this message at the drive thru. Didn’t they used to give them to you upside down or it was free? Ours wouldn’t have survived that trick. Ice cream was really good tho.
