Staff of young girls are rude. Terrible customer service. If you complain about your food order or ask them to fix anything, they flat out tell you no.

Based upon recent reviews, I’m not suprised that I’m making this bad review. Brownie Blizzard came out liquid, and the strawberry cheesecake royal had a small amount of strawberry and cheesecake on top and wasn’t mixed at all. These Blizzards are $5/piece. Manager is rude and obviously aren’t interested in making a customer happy. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a shame because it used to be a nice place in a small town. Won’t be back ever again.

The absolute slowest DQ I’ve ever been to. I ordered online and there’s no choice to pick up in drive thru. So I got the two kids out and went in and the lobby was locked. Like?! So I had to figure out how to not only get out of the parking lot but back in line. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the “85 cent blizzard” which they actually charged me 1$ more but I’m not sure that’s the locations fault, as much as it’s the app.

Service was quick but food was NOT worth the money. The meat on the BBQ sandwich looked like it had been sitting in the pan for at least 6 hours. It was burnt around the edges and had formed into a patty. A very thin.. unimpressive.. patty of burnt meat.. my mom got the 6 chicken pieces. They were the size of one piece of popcorn.. they were so small. The ranch that was given with the chicken… well they may have well not have given us any. The new lemonade slush that I got tasted like pure syrup. Way too much. Im not one to complain. But this was pretty bad.

During the summer its usual busy in the evenings with a line of cars into the road. It is also hit or miss if the lobby will be open as well any time you go. Ice cream is good though.

Doors are consistently locked before the closing time. Today we visited @ 8:03 and guess what, the doors are locked even though the sign says 8:30. It is extremely frustrating to visit this location!!
