Service was quick but food was NOT worth the money. The meat on the BBQ sandwich looked like it had been sitting in the pan for at least 6 hours. It was burnt around the edges and had formed into a patty. A very thin.. unimpressive.. patty of burnt meat.. my mom got the 6 chicken pieces. They were the size of one piece of popcorn.. they were so small. The ranch that was given with the chicken… well they may have well not have given us any. The new lemonade slush that I got tasted like pure syrup. Way too much. Im not one to complain. But this was pretty bad.

Ice cream was good. Service was absolutely awful. Extremely slow. Workers were much more interested in talking than working. I’ll try again next year with different workers.

I was wary coming here bc of some of the reviews but we had a great experience. Staff was super patient with my indecisive kiddos and very friendly. Food was good. Blizzard was probably the best one I’ve ever had.

The employees working the drive through don’t care. I ordered 2 banana split blizzards with lids, after pulling around the first blizzard’s lid was loosely placed on and got all over my car. They remade the blizzard and gave me a chocolate blizzard with nerds in it… I don’t know how you could mistake these two items but they did. It feels like the employees did it out of spite because they screwed up the initial order.

I ordered a 10″ round ice cream cake with only vanilla ice cream..NO chocolate. Was told the price was 27.99. Picked up my cake took it to my dinner. The cake was chocolate and vanilla. Checked my receipt and was charged 30.99! Called the store Sunday, manager was out will call me Monday. Monday I received no call so I called again and the manager was out but she will call me tomorrow. Feel like I’m getting the run around !

The old overly tanned brunette with glasses and tattoos needs to go. I drove 20 mins round trip, dropped $40 to treat my family and she couldn’t be quiet long enough to hear my order all 3 times I had to recite it to her.. she was rude at the window, slamming the window shut before I could tell her that things were wrong. Even after correcting said issues, I got home and my kids blizzard was STILL wrong, and for some reason my blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream. Super awesome! So glad my kid doesn’t have a peanut allergy.. what he was supposed to get was peanut free.. but he wound up getting peanut butter anyways. She should focus more on the customer instead of yelling at everyone else to hurry up! You just lost a regular customer!
