This barely frozen ice cream has been in our freezer overnight because we hoped that it would harden up by being in the freezer. When we received it last night, it was more like a milkshake and I thought, maybe it’s just because it’s hot outside…maybe their ice cream machine is working really hard and isn’t cold enough.
Nope. It hasn’t frozen at all. They have a sign outside of their drive-through window that says “we are not participating in the upside-down blizzard promotion. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I didn’t think much about the sign when I saw it, but I truly wasn’t expecting to get a milkshake when I ordered a blizzard.

This is my strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Horrible I didn’t order a sundae. Ordered a banana split for my husband and they did not put any whip cream on it so I asked the boy I they don’t do that anymore and he said yes but he forgot, not true cause I watched him reach down to get it and it was empty. When I questioned him he went back in and opened a new one. LAZY This place is horrible anymore and not the first time this has happened. SO DONE Dairy Queen used to have standards.

Ordered at the drive thru. My order was $7.38 gave the young man $20.38 For change I received $.60 !!!! Told him I gave him a$20 bill & the change. Said I gave him $10.00 bill. I am neither senile or a crook trying to cheat him. Went inside the person @ the counter gave me the runaround. I would give no stars if possible.

Ordered their mixing bowl Mashup in large. The first 25% of the cup was what was ordered, chocolate ice cream, cookie dough, and I added butterfinger. Everything underneath that, everything you can’t see immediately upon inspection, was straight vanilla ice cream with nothing in it. Having used to be in food service, I understand mistakes and oopses. I dont know how you oops this. It was clearly intentional and someone probably thought it was hilarious. Didn’t contact them to see if they would make it right. Not sure why they would if this is how they are willing to “treat” you.
DQ has too many competitors that serve a high quality product in our area to have employees that think they are cute.

I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and I was so disappointed. It was melted so much I could have drank it. The whipped cream didn’t even taste like whipped cream. I have been to this one many times in the past and I don’t ever remember it being this bad.

I understand that kids need jobs but each time I go there its totally unorganized and the service is slow. I have never seen an adult manager there. Many times my orders are not made correctly. Peanut Buster parfaits should have chocolate and nuts in the middle. Prices have gone up and service and quality have gone down. We kept giving it a try hoping it was just a one or two time thing but it’s not. We stopped going.
Follow up to the DQ Response: We just went through the drive thru (10-6-2023) and got two peanut buster parfaits. All I can say is unreal. They are worse than last time! Almost no hot fudge or peanuts in either one. The quality at this location has to be the worst I have ever seen. We will NEVER go back!

This location used to be our go-to since we moved to Howland. After tonight, I doubt we will go back. $12 for 2 small blizzards and a small cup of vanilla and the blizzards had hardly anything mixed through…. So $12 for 2 cups of ice milk. Line was long, wait was long. You could clearly tell the girl on the intercom didn’t want to be there, answering only with ‘k’ as we placed our order.

2 weeks ago had purchased 2 chicken dinners and 2 milkshakes. On way out to my car, the drink carrier split in half. Both shakes to ground!!!!!. Very cheap carriers!!!!!! Then tonight , went back down and ordered 2 chicken dinners, one with onion rings and one with fries. Got home and both were with fries. Called down and informed Madison. No , I was not going back down to get the onion rings. THE ORDER SHOULD BE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. All I can say is since Janet left , the place has gone down hill. Like other ones have expressed, the dairy Queen treats are NEVER made the way the picture shows ex, peanut bustard parfait!!!!!!. Also, never I have seen a manager!!!! I tried to reach out to your request and very interesting the ” IP address cannot be found”.

I found a majority of the staff rude. They reminded me of high school mean girls. Hopefully upper management and the owners do something about the staff. It’s incredibly unprofessional and I would assume embarrassing for the owners.
