The workers was rude. My son ordered a blizzard the girl dropped it on the counter when she went to do the upside down thing then acted like it was our fault for ordering it. I got a pop and it was hot with no ice. If the ice maker was broken they could of told us. So I could of ordered something that would of been cold

I sat in the drive thru line for more than 25 minutes just to order. (With sleeping kids in the car, it wasn’t an option to go in) finally got to the speaker, only to find out this location doesn’t offer DQ food 🙁 there was no signage to have let us know they were ice cream only until you got to the speaker and the menu only contained ice cream.

The customer service was awful, 3 people working, no one in the store and the wait time to order was approximately 8 minutes without being waited on. After we ordered not a smile or even a thank you. Just very rude!! Usually this Dairy Queen is better!!

Was at this location and got the worst service I ever had in the five years of living in Upper Sandusky. I had to repeat my order multiple times at the box. We then pulled up to the window was handed the wrong item, I then re explained the order and still was asked if I wanted whipped cream in top of drink. As I’m watching the person add the whip cream I see it comes out like water. I then told the person to remake it I was not drinking something with warm whip cream on it, the person said that’s how it always comes out I know better. Finally after 20 mins at the window the person gets the order finished and guess what the new bottle of whip cream worked as it should have. Like I said in five years never have I seen poor service from this location training is key…
