I went for a normal three junior size cones for me and my kids, after leaving or driving off their drive through a long my way I noticed that the vanilla ice cream tasted sour (soda sensation) just not good I called and report the issue but didn’t even receive back a courtesy substitution for the experience or a refund. Customer service needs attention together with making sure your products are adequate for consumption.

Had a banana split and snicker shake both were delicious. The banana had a black spot on the end of it… no nuts cherries or toppings drizzled on the banana split more like a sundae. Had a couple vintage video games one was out of order. Seems like it’s an old building… chipped tiles and black soot on air vents. Our visit to this Dairy Queen was a bit disappointing. The staff didn’t seem very friendly, which took away from the experience. The ice cream itself was okay, but nothing that really made up for the lackluster service. Not the worst stop, but definitely not what we were hoping for.

Have always loved Dairy Queen ice cream. My favorite is a chocolate dipped medium cone. Even in cold weather their ice cream is still so good and enjoyable.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through before coming inside and waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order … “Xavier” wearing name tag on the back of his hat was extremely rude, no people skills and lacking any kind of enthusiasm . Came up to me and just stared with his notepad while I stared back at him until he said “what’s your order” no other words out of him after saying thank you and such or anything. Acts like he had no idea what was going on and items were poorly made compared to others . I know this is family owned and was once a good place to come but is going downhill quite a bit. 30+ minutes to wait on ice cream is ridiculous. After putting them upside down the ice cream was falling out and he just says ooops and puts them back in… other girls were sweet and helpful but this is unacceptable .

I drove here from Brandon because a building was on fire near my closest Dairy Queen and roads were blocked. I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs. What they gave me looked disgusting. It looked like vomit and it made me want to vomit. I turned around for a refund. I’ll add a photo of what it was supposed to look like

just came through an ordered a m&ms blizzard, same thing i always get. i go to take a bite and the ice cream was bad. like really bad. never had this issue before so i’m not sure if they had a bad batch or something but it was gross.
