If I could give a 0 star I would. We’ve been to this Dairy Queen 4 times now and EVERY single time has been terrible experience. We have yet to experience someone nice here, they have all been rude, short and make it obvious they don’t want to be there. The first time we came there was 2 employees in the back while we were in the drive thru and she took her shirt off and running around yelling and stuff lol it was weird. And today we decided to try it one more time before we completely give up on this establishment and we got into the drive thru at 9:50. As soon as we pulled up she said we already took the last order and are closed for the night. We asked what time they close and she said “10:00 and our clocks are fast so we are closed” like what kind of business even is this??? I know it’s fast food so our expectations are already low, but this is 4 times in a row of the worst service we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be telling everyone to go to the DQ on the other side of town

Stopped there on the way to our destination while on a road trip. We ordered two chili cheese hot dog meals and a blizzard. The hotdogs came out cold and gross. The bun was soggy, and the fries were cold and flimsy soggy. The blizzard was liquidated and was not the typical blizzard consistency. We were very disappointed for what we got especially with it being over $20. Not even to mention the cockroach blood on the ground at multiple spots in the lobby, every table was dirty. In a chair, there was a dirty liquidy substance that was brown and dirty. This place was very unsanitary as well as the forks having the plastic soaking wet and the forks inside of the plastic was wet as well. Very disappointed someone needs to call the health department.

The place smelled like old grease. The Banana Split smelled like the milk had gone bad. I did not eat it, just threw it out. My daughter had the blizzard which was thankfully good.

Brownie Earthquakes are nonexistent and you get less food for your buck! Not impressed! Plus, they use grated chesse instead of melted nacho cheese on their hot dogs. So it tates nasty. Not my favorite anymore. Not the same as when I was a teenager!

The ice cream and desserts are delicious. The drive-in tends to be slow. I don’t know why but there is a strong smell of fried foods. Makes eating in the dining room unpleasant. There are seats outside.

I decided to stop my my local dairy queen for a quick meal. I went for chilly cheese dog since i haven’t had one in ages, The hotdog was cold, green, and just disgusting. The cheese tasted like plastic, The chili was cold and messy! The frech fries were okay, Nothing worth coming back for. Why not enjoy a treat and get a fudge sundae something you can’t mess up right? WRONG. There was barley and fudge. Ice cream was melted. Never coming back! And I suggest you don’t either.

Our small group was kicked out of the restaurant and refused service at 8:50 at night when the store closes at 10. They said they were closing in 3 minutes and were not going to take our order even though we were waiting in the same line as everyone else. Never again
