This place was short staffed when we stopped here. The dining area door was locked for entry with no sign up informing guests of the closure. One of the ladies working just looked at us instead of greeting us. She wasn’t necessarily rude, but not the expected experience while engaging with customers. We had attempted to place a mobile order, but kept receiving errors. The staff member informed us it was down for them. We were inside when another customer tried to enter which became an awkward exchange as she was yelling through the door at me they are supposed to be open.
Food was chain quality. Restaurant is dated. Parking lot and outside seating is poorly lit at night. I do not plan to come back here.

SOS to this location, I live and work in Wesley chapel & with it being the only Dairy Queen in Wesley chapel you would think that their customer service and quality of food would ATLEAST be decent well you’re wrongly mistaken the staff here especially the manager are horrible they need more training to say the least I frequent this location cause I love Dairy Queen’s blizzards and their tenders but everytime coming here it’s a hassle the manager if you come during the day wether it’s drive through or dine in her customer service is horrible going through the drive -thru everytime you say something it’s “anything else , anything else “ they tell you not to say that even with their being a drive thru time above your head you do not rush customers evening time middle of the day good luck getting someone to answer you in the drive through it’s happened on multiple occasions with today being one of them 2/28 @ 1:20 I pull up customer waiting in drive thru we wait for 5 mins then they pulled around went inside to get served I waited another 5 mins at the spreader even said “hello” with nothing no response (3 cars went through with no response) even being short staffed (if they are) you should still say I’ll Be right with you going there at night for a blizzard sometimes you get the correct blizzard most times you don’t if their made with the filing on the inside forget about it you’re not getting it made correctly the place is a joke when it comes to Dairy Queen but it’s the only one around and it needs fixing some help something hopefully this reaches someone who cares and not just laugh and joke about it .

Me and my mom and my roommate stopped there on our way from North Carolina to Sarasota Florida and there was a very nice lady and her 3 sons were there they got us ice cream it was the sweetest thing ever it ment the world to us. And the food was awesome

as the GM of a twistee treat, locking your doors and BLATANTLY ignoring customers is quite absurd. was in the mood for DQ as i haven’t had it in years and arrived with more than 20 minutes before close. Again, i work with soft serve ice cream, i know it’s annoying but you serve your customers up until the time you close. don’t even bother with this location .. they don’t care

My son, and I, go every Friday for small blizzards. Everything has been great simce we moved here last summer. The last 2 weeks in a row, we’ve been shorted on ice cream. Both blizzards only 2/3 full each visit. It’s clear that additional training for the new staff members is in order.

I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard…those are made with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and cookie dough… I even ordered extra cookie dough. I got a medium with only vanilla ice cream and maybe 5 pieces of cookie dough. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this location. I thought maybe it was a new person but no it’s bad. Also got pretzel bites and they were ice cold ( I live 2 miles away) and the queso was solid and cold). I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to my blizzard and I don’t like plane vanilla ice cream so basically just waisted my money.

Arrived at 9:17pm on Monday, tried to go into lobby. Door locked. Went to drive thru, car waiting in front of me at drive thru speaker waiting to order. Wait ten minutes and the car in-front of me hasn’t been acknowledged yet. Wait another five minutes. Leave with no ice cream and wasted gas. All while the establishment is within operating hours.

This location is disgustingly dirty. It smells bad in the dining room and everything is grimey. Someone needs to take a pressure washer and a few gallons of bleach and spray down every surface inside this building. It’s the only way to get rid of all the built up dirt. Oh, and it’s 79-cents to add 1 tablespoon of whipped cream to a small sundae.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. The employees were busy being social and irresponsible with their friends and a chaperone allowing over 20 of them to walk around to the drive thru window instead of going inside and didn’t take any orders from the people in cars in the drive thru. We were told they had to many orders to take our orders and we had to wait. when I got out of my truck to see where all the laughing was coming from I saw the party at the drive thru. I posted the pic.
I drove to the other DQ west on 54 owned by the same company and I asked if they allowed walk ups to the drive thru and she responded NO. They only service people in cars at the drive thru and all others have to go inside.
