As I tried to treat my daughter to a Ice cream called Mud Pie, I was told the only way I could get it was through the app which is ridiculous since I’m standing in the store in front of a young man that could not be older than 16 years old. Is a shame that I was told that is the store owners policy. I hope things like this change because we are spending our hard earned money on local businesses.

I bought a cake for my child’s birthday. I asked the store representative what type of cake it was. He told me it was white and chocolate. Then I asked him, was the cake, cake and ice cream, or just ice cream. They told me it was cake and ice cream, then I saw a writing on it and it said It’s all white, so I said, well, this is saying, all white. Does that mean there is no chocolate? They said, yeah, that’s it, “but it’s still cake and ice cream”. And he said, yes.
Do I need to explain that when we cut the cake it was all ice cream and the ice cream was horrible. It felt grainy. It wasn’t smooth like regular ice cream. It was grainy like there was sand particles in it, not saying it was, just describing the texture. It was extremely disappointing. My first and my last time buying a cake from them. I will stick with carvel and publix. The presentation of that cake was extremely poor. On the positive note, the frosting tastes good.

My blizzard was that consistency of soup. I asked for it to be remade with only taking one bite and was told I would have to pay for a new one they don’t accept returns. It was not my fault they did not make the blizzard correctly. The managers are rude as well as the owners. they also do not accept coupons, their customer service is a -10. I will never support this business ever again.

These people are ridiculous, my 1st bad experience, my 5 year old dropped her cone, and I had to purchase another. I understand it was my 5 year old fault, but any other place would have replaced it. A happy customer is more important than $3. 2nd time around. I got a melted blizzer and I could not get a replacement or refund. It’s not the employees, management encouraged this. Its incredible how silly people can get over a few dollars. I’m done with this place, I rather take my family a few more minutes away to the Davie location. And I can literally walk to this location.

Spend $23 on 3 ice creams and when I asked for an extra cup they flat out said no. Bad attitudes and very little toppings on blizzard. Basically just vanilla ice cream. I have 2 kids and just moved to the area. I was looking for a good weekly ice cream spot. Won’t be here! Seems to be a family company. For an upscale area this wasn’t worth the money

If I could give it a zero star I would. My son loves the superman ice cream and gets it every time we go to Dairy Queen. We came to this location for the first time and ordered a scoop of superman ice cream. The lady working asked us if we have had it before and of course we answered yes because we always get that flavor. After two bites of his ice cream my son said that it tasted weird. I tried his ice cream and he was right. It tasted like some sort of chemical/cleaning detergent. When I asked her to exchange it for a soft serve she told me no. If I wanted soft serve I need to buy it along with the gross Superman ice cream flavor. Apparently the manager doesn’t allow for exchanges because it happens a lot! I guess we are not the only ones that think the ice cream tasted terrible. Even the lady working there agree that the ice cream is bad there and tried to warn us by asking if he had the flavor ice cream before. Bottom line avoid this dairy queen at all cost!!

What a difference new owners can make! The new owners recently bought this location. Super clean, super friendly and super yummy treats!! I will travel the 10 miles, when I’m in the mood for DQ, regardless of having closer options.
