Went here just to try an orange Julius for the first time and although the beverage was good, the restaurant was filthy. This restaurant also doesn’t show their sanitation rating which is awfully suspicious. I thought it was against the law to not have a sanitation score posted in the restaurants window, so I never found where it is posted unless it is hidden in the back.

Only two food options chicken nuggets and hot dog. We’re there at 11:30 am and was told no chili for the dogs. The place opened at 11 !! Everything is microwaved. No greeting or thank you from clerk. Will never go to this dairy queen again

Good customer service the gals were kind and very accommodating. Was hoping for more variety of ready to pick up cakes in the freezer, but the ladies helped me with my ice cream birthday cake and I left very happy. For online cake orders order 49hrs in advance.

Ordered a tiramisu shake . . .from picture you can see it’s a vanilla shake with 2 cake cubes, looked nothing like the posted picture. From the company that invented the blizzard, I expected more; don’t order , read standard email from corporate – would have thought they would treat returning customers better, won’t be going back. Yeah. I can see why the low stars on this place. Customer service was mine and my cookie dough blizzard was more just vanilla ice cream. Pretty disappointed. As we walked in with my family I said hello and the gentleman at the register didn’t even reply. He barely looked at us when we ordered. Luckily, there was another young lady who made our blizzards. We got our goodies and left. We planned to sit there but decided not to. Wasn’t a good vibe. Hoping this place does better. This is a place for families.
