Ordered a banana split no pineapple and caramel instead of hot fudge. Instead I got exactly what I didn’t ask for. If this wasn’t the only place in havelock I could get a split I would quit going.

Nice people but every time I pay for extra mint and don’t get extra mint. I always get to a forth of the way into my blizzard and it’s just Oreo blizzard at that point. I even ask them to put mint at the bottom of the cup and they always say they will but don’t.

Went there got an old classic peanut buster parfait. I asked for extra nut and they poured straight salt in it and on it. Each bite was just a spoonful of salt. It was gross had to throw away. I actually got sick from the salt. Will never go back

Me and four of my bonus kids came for the free ice cream day, And we were the last people that walked up to the front but yet we were denied because they said their drive-through was too busy, which makes absolutely no sense because they just served someone right before us…. I’m quite disgusted

Very cute ice cream place. The ice cream tasted really good, and so did the milkshakes. The dilli bars looked amazing, and it smelled really good from inside the drive thru. You guys also had chocolate! (Which Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts didn’t have.) So you get an extra star for that! Although the staff seemed a bit.. depressed, I mean I get it, but I felt like you guys should give better service

Tried ordering at the walk up window to be told They can’t take my order because
The computer is down. Got back in the car with the kids and waited 20 Minutes to go through drive through torture. Oh and no chocolate ice cream available. We waited While other patrons orders were taken at the window. And filled. We sat in drive through line like idiots watching walk up orders being filled. Was fun explaining that to the kids why everyone else was getting their ice cream while We sat in line. Not Sure why I was not allowed to Place an order at the window and all the others who came after me could. Maybe I didn’t LOOK like the others. Maybe ? Maybe not? If I did not have the kids with me I would not have stayed. Profoundly disappointed with the discrimination ! Never ever again Will I eat at this Dairy Queen.

I won’t be going back. I ordered the 2for6 chilli dogs and got two rubber dogs. I don’t know who serve rubber dogs hot and once they coiled down the buns was tough. I should’ve went elsewhere.
