Tried going here before they closed for a little treat but the drive thru was practically nonstop so we parked beside it to go to the front but they closed the front windows and trying to wait to get in line, cars cut us off so we left and went to Sonic. Would’ve liked to order at the front so me and my fiance could be on our way but.. hey at least they were busy with drive thru -_-

Had to give one star so that I could leave a comment, but wanted to leave zero stars for service! Never will we ever go back to this Dairy Queen for ice cream. The young lady at the window refused to take our order and said she was only taking orders through the menu board outside, after we sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes!!! Front windows were closed also!!! Witnessed a couple on a motorcycle that went to the window, just to be turned away. Embarrassing Havelock business!!!

Wonderful, best Dog since DC. The Take 5 Blizzard had a lot of pretzel. The line was long, slow and you know how some people drive. But well worth the wait.

I had to give 1 star to post review…been a few years since i have been to this DQ, i must say it ranks up there as the worst i have eaten at. The owner (same as New Bern DQ should be embarrassed about the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff. Ordered 4 blizzards, 2 people in the car. So runny, couldnt even flip the blizzard as they are supposed to, the level of the blizzard was above the cup without a lid on it, she wiped it before handing to us, didnt offer a lid, I had to ask for a cup tray, got the eye roll, psshhhh and shut the window to get the cup holder. when she passed the cup holder with 2 blizzards, they were already running faster than Usaine Bolt in the olympics. These employees want 15 bucks an hour??!! or more, act like you want to work and serve a great product to earn it. The owner should be banned from owning DQ as this location is poor representation of what DQ should be. 5 stars for the best WORST DQ ever.
