The ice cream was great. The staff are horrible. I had a young woman serve me she was extremely quiet and hard to hear. The manager is rude and very negative. The biggest problem is how they treated an elderly woman trying to buy ice cream for her and her husband. She was extremely rude to her. I do not find myself coming back to this Dairy Queen.

“I just had the most amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly staff, who were eager to help me satisfy my ice cream cravings. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and inviting, with a fun and lively vibe that instantly put me in a good mood.

But the real star of the show was, of course, the ice cream. Oh. My. Goodness. I ordered the signature Blizzard, and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich and creamy, the mix-ins were generous and delicious, and the texture was perfectly smooth. I was in ice cream, heaven!

What really impressed me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing experience. They were happy to answer all my questions, make recommendations, and even offered me a sample of a new flavor they were featuring.

I was also impressed by the wide variety of options available, including dairy-free and gluten-free choices, which made it easy for me to find something that fit my dietary needs. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the generous portion sizes.

Overall, my visit to Dairy Queen was an extremely great and delicious experience that I will always treasure. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly destination with amazing ice cream and exceptional customer service, look no further. Dairy Queen is a must-visit destination for anyone with a sweet tooth. Don’t miss out on this incredible experience – it’s sure to leave you feeling happy and satisfied!”

3 stars because I’ve been here before and it was always great ice cream and service. Then to night I drove 30 minutes to get there and I walked in 1 minute after 930 and the young girl was behind the counter texting her phone. She looked at me and said yum yeah we are closed and I was like omg noo. It’s only 1 minutes I drove 30 minutes to get her. She rolled her eyes and said I’m so sorry but like I said we are closed

Dairy Queen is clean and the ice cream was delicious. They are quick to take and complete the orders and leave a sign out when they are on break. I find the note helpful so we don’t stand around frustrated AND hungry.

Ice cream was fine, but something is seriously wrong with the staff. They are very nice but I’ve been here twice and each time it took at least a half hour to get anything. They seemed to not know what they were doing. One employee asked me what is in one of their menu items cuz they didnt know…. she might have been training, I’m not sure.

But I unfortunately can’t recommend this place due to the service. It’s in a gas station, and waiting half an hour is kinda insane.

Had one of the best hot fudge sundaes I’ve ever had tonight! The ice cream was so smooth and creamy like DQ is supposed to be. The girl who made them (the newer of the two there tonight) did a great job making them with lots of topping carefully poured all over the ice cream. Great job! I’ll come back more often if it continues to be like this.

This place is still poorly run by its owner. Should not be a Dairy Queen franchise. After I paid for vanilla ice cream the machine broke (again) and my only option was chocolate. They refused to refund my money. And the chocolate ice cream was no good either. It was watery and icy like the vanilla is so often. The owner does not seem to maintain the equipment properly and loses lots of business accordingly. The entire line behind me went out the door with their money. Dairy Queen needs to close this franchise and get someone to open up a real Dairy Queen here. Oh, and last time, I clicked on the link that the owner provided time and wasted my time there providing the same information and received no response.

This ice cream is not Dairy Queen quality 80% of the time. It is watery and full of ice most likely due to the machines not being cleaned often enough. You shouldn’t carry the Dairy Queen flag if you only provide Dairy Queen quality 20% of the time.

The girls who work here are great. They work hard and try to do the best they can to treat the customers right. I give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when they are constantly running out of ice cream. How can you run an ice cream shop when you let it run out of ice cream all the time? Ruins an otherwise great experience at Dairy Queen which I have frequented my whole life. I give the owners and managers 0 stars. I’ve been to many DQs in many places in my lifetime and this is the only one that I’ve ever heard of running out of ice cream. And it happens regularly. Shoddy way to run an iconic company that has always been known and loved for its quality.

This is my second time as we are new to the area. The young man who served us, was the only one working, so it took a little longer. He was very polite and took our order correctly. He must have injured his index finger a little earlier because he had a paper towel taped around it as he worked. I’m sure there are better food handling procedures especially since there was blood. (Proper bandaging and gloves)

I was very disappointed to see a roach on the counter by the sprinkle container as I was waiting for our order to be made.

I love DQ and want to give a fair chance to local businesses, however I’m hopeful the following things are addressed.
