But the real star of the show was, of course, the ice cream. Oh. My. Goodness. I ordered the signature Blizzard, and it was love at first bite! The flavors were rich and creamy, the mix-ins were generous and delicious, and the texture was perfectly smooth. I was in ice cream, heaven!
What really impressed me, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing experience. They were happy to answer all my questions, make recommendations, and even offered me a sample of a new flavor they were featuring.
I was also impressed by the wide variety of options available, including dairy-free and gluten-free choices, which made it easy for me to find something that fit my dietary needs. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the generous portion sizes.
Overall, my visit to Dairy Queen was an extremely great and delicious experience that I will always treasure. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly destination with amazing ice cream and exceptional customer service, look no further. Dairy Queen is a must-visit destination for anyone with a sweet tooth. Don’t miss out on this incredible experience – it’s sure to leave you feeling happy and satisfied!”
But I unfortunately can’t recommend this place due to the service. It’s in a gas station, and waiting half an hour is kinda insane.
This place is still poorly run by its owner. Should not be a Dairy Queen franchise. After I paid for vanilla ice cream the machine broke (again) and my only option was chocolate. They refused to refund my money. And the chocolate ice cream was no good either. It was watery and icy like the vanilla is so often. The owner does not seem to maintain the equipment properly and loses lots of business accordingly. The entire line behind me went out the door with their money. Dairy Queen needs to close this franchise and get someone to open up a real Dairy Queen here. Oh, and last time, I clicked on the link that the owner provided time and wasted my time there providing the same information and received no response.
This ice cream is not Dairy Queen quality 80% of the time. It is watery and full of ice most likely due to the machines not being cleaned often enough. You shouldn’t carry the Dairy Queen flag if you only provide Dairy Queen quality 20% of the time.
The girls who work here are great. They work hard and try to do the best they can to treat the customers right. I give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when they are constantly running out of ice cream. How can you run an ice cream shop when you let it run out of ice cream all the time? Ruins an otherwise great experience at Dairy Queen which I have frequented my whole life. I give the owners and managers 0 stars. I’ve been to many DQs in many places in my lifetime and this is the only one that I’ve ever heard of running out of ice cream. And it happens regularly. Shoddy way to run an iconic company that has always been known and loved for its quality.
I was very disappointed to see a roach on the counter by the sprinkle container as I was waiting for our order to be made.
I love DQ and want to give a fair chance to local businesses, however I’m hopeful the following things are addressed.
