Usually have a good experience. Today could have been better. The wait time in drive through line was reasonable considering there were several in line. However, the quality was not up to par. Both blizzards ordered were received mostly melted and did not meet the expectations of a Blizzard. It was more like a melted milkshake. Maybe next.

This place has really gone down hill. First a 96 rating! It’s bad when you go on a Saturday and they have no bananas for a banana split and no chocolate ice cream. I asked the lady for lids in the drive through and she acted like it was an inconvenience and sighed! Redulious…that is your job!

Rude service. Poor ice cream quality. Have been a long time customer of this store and in the last year, it has completely tanked. The lobby has been closed for the longest time and it’s a tasteful hand-written note in the handwriting of a first grader indicating DO NOT ENTER. the cashier could not say hello, greet us, or thank us for business.

Super highly poor service overall. This place needs to get new management and top notch. Went by to grab a blizzard treat and nothing compared to other Dairy Queens I’ve been too. 45 minutes of a wait time thru drive thru just to get 1 small blizzard and on top of that when I received the treat it was all watered down like if I was drinking milk. Fix the ice cream machine and fix the service overall. I am never going back again. Gonna have to invest my money to bring inn a new dairy queen in town!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before going back to this location. Apparently the rude young girl and watery blizzard is now the norm here. There is no excuse for a 10 plus bill for blizzards that had to be thrown away. She did not turn the cup upside down because both blizzards were watery and didn’t taste like ice cream. Stay away. Another review commented on the same sign that was on the door, watery blizzard and rude staff a month ago. I hadn’t been in a while but I would definitely will not be going back to this location. Stay away!

Wish I would have read recent reviews before going there for day. Lobby closed (no signage) and I understand being short staffed, so we went through the drive through and both the sundae and blizzard were terrible. Watched other patrons try to go into the lobby, but instead of going in the drive- thru they left and I wish I had done the same. When we left we saw the staff on their cell phones walking through the lobby and looking out the windows. Quality of this location has certainly plummeted.

Ordered 2 blizzards and what I received were 2 soup like blizzards. The drive threw female worker was beyond rude and had no customer service in her at all. Sad that a place like this that is loved by so many has turned into such a gross unkept establishment.

Like so many others have said, please choose another location for ice cream. Been a while since we have had a blizzard, so we wanted to go. DQ should be embarrassed by this product. My turtle blizzard was LITERALLY pecan and caramel CEREAL. I should have uoloaded a picture. I remember when DQ would turn your blizzard upside down and if it came out was free. Our 4 blizzards were $18. They were ready in less than a minute. No way they had time to make them.

At approximately 1:27 on 5/23, went through the drive thru, received my order correctly eventually, but, my problem was the short attitude the young man had serving us. Maybe he had something going on, if he did, I’m sorry. But, the food is always good.
