Went through the Drive thru today and waited at least 5 mins before I was even greeted. Then some teenagers proceeded to tell me they was closed for the night @930 when their store hours are 10:30-10.. WORST CUSTOMER service ever !

Ordered 6 blizzards and was given 4 good blizzards. 2 were like milkshakes. We asked the employee to hold them upside down and they couldn’t. They remade them and it was still the same way. The manager said that was just they way they were. In addition, they wouldn’t accept credit cards through the drive thru so we had to go inside. The manager had a dirty shirt with grease all over it. Their blizzard cakes had frost bite on them and they still arrived to sell it to us.

I’d give No star if that was an option. Every time you go to this place, the machine is down. Doesn’t matter what day or what time of day, the machine is done. I have been told on several occasions too they have no milk. How do you stay in business. Never at the Locust store have I not gotten ice cream.

Poor customer service is an understatement. I walked in the door and stared at the employees for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The employees were too busy talking about other employees they didn’t like to acknowledge us or serve us. Dipped Cones barely had any chocolate on them once we were served finally. Manager was standing there participating in it all the entire time.

Been trying to get a cone. 1 cone. For the past 3 weeks. Every time my husband and I have gone to get it on different days and times of the week they say “the ice cream is too runny”. For WEEKS? Something isn’t adding up. Put a sign up instead of having people waiting in line to be given a lie. Good thing the McDonald’s next door has a working ice cream machine yum!

Went on July 4th with my grandson as a treat. We arrived around 6 and 1 person was in line ahead of us. They ordered a blizzard and a cone From what I saw. The cone was already melted by the time it was handed to the kid. I told my grandson to order something in a cup. He orders a hot fudge Sunday and I ordered a pineapple Sunday from the 2 for 5.00 menu. Glad I did. From the time we received our order to the 6 steps to the table his ice cream was chocolate milk. Literally. Totally melted. My pineapple Sunday was no better. Big chunks of pineapple not like the Sunday topping they used to have. Milk and pineapple. We didn’t even eat 5 bites or slurps was more like it. NOT AT All Dairy Queen quality ice cream. And my grandson loves ice cream so for him not to eat it after choosing the place says something. He’s 7 and knew something wasn’t right. We won’t be back till they can fix the ice cream machine.

Went Saturday evening with my children at 8:34 PM… already closed. Website and door both state hours of operation are until 10 PM. Should update to save potential customers the waste of time and gas driving there, also the drive-thru exit was blocked off, meaning all cars going through then had to all reverse out.

Walked in place was dirty, floors were black trash everywhere, counters sticky and dirty. Staff spitting in the trash can. The place was gross. Ice cream was runny.
