Went to this location today on 52. On the board it says 2 chili cheese hotdogs for $4.99 even showed picture of chili and cheese. Combo was $9.79. The girl at the window said it was $5.00 for each hotdogs cause it only comes with chili. Which that is not what it said or showed on sign. Then when we tried to explain the sign to her she started rolling her eyes. Im pretty easy to get along with until you start calling me a lier or rolling your eyes at me. I have lived in albemarle my whole life and a bussness owner. She was acting like a brat and very unprofessional.

Bad experience here, we came in and have to wait 5mins, there are no single person at the front counter. After we got our ice cream. Another customer came in and waited 5mins only one of the employee came out to take the order.
No smile, no friendly, no thank you. I wonder why they put the poster on in the shop for promising about their services.

Desserts are always great. Staff gets everything right every time, but occasionally they aren’t personable and do not speak. Other than that it’s a great place to take the kids!

First and last visit yesterday. Filthy dirty. Each table was sticky dirty and obviously not wiped clean all from yesterday’s customers since I was there early. Eww.
Walked next door to buy item at connected convenience store and selected my item went to the counter and there is no one working. Looked around… nobody. I left

Wow. One little girl working by herself. No manager. A guy was there about 5 mins and said he felt like he was going to pass out and just left and went home

Hats off to the one little girl that worked so hard.
I blame the manager or Lack of a manager.
Last time we were in this same dairy queen the manager was sitting talking to friends and let one employee do all the work.

I have been to this location numerous of time, I have always ordered the same thing a mango pineapple smoothie add strawberry fruit, it has never been a problem until today. I go to the location on 52 to grab my large smoothie and then was informed that “they can’t do it” & ” didn’t know why”. I was very shocked because it’s never been an issue before, even if I’ve had to pay extra. They did not proceed to tell me until after they handed me my smoothie without my fruit. They also have got into the habit of not telling you your total until you get to the window, I was told I was not charged for the fruit but I was also not giving a receipt. Highly disappointed in what this location has to offer now. Can make any blizzard but now you cannot add fruit to certain smoothies. This was the one place I could go to enjoy my sweet treat and now I am unable to because they can not simply put some strawberries in a smoothie anymore. If you can’t do something anymore you need to tell people ahead of time instead of telling them to move forward without giving them a total and not letting them know that you can’t do something until after you have already given them the product. Highly highly disappointed in this location. No I don’t want feed back saying “Sorry for the inconvenience, try giving our location another visit” Yeah No! Not happening! With all the BAD reviews seems like New management is needed in that place. From regional manager to store manager! Not impressed, & Not happy!

Waited a long time to order with lots of people working. Asked if they had soft serve chocolate. Employee seemed new because he had to ask. Was charged for a dipped cone and received a dipped cone. Waited 5 minutes to get the difference charged. Cones were supposed to all be the same size but one looked like half the amount. Please train your employees. Employee was really nice but needs more training.

They send out coupons for cheeseburgers but this location nor any around makes cheeburgers. Also had to wait 30 mins just to get to the front counter.

Went through the Drive thru today and waited at least 5 mins before I was even greeted. Then some teenagers proceeded to tell me they was closed for the night @930 when their store hours are 10:30-10.. WORST CUSTOMER service ever !
