Purchased an ice cream cake and was over charged $4. I asked why and the two immature, ill trained, and obnoxious kids refused to call a manager to fix the problem. I was also refused service to write on the cake because they were too busy. I was the ONLY ONE in line. Called and spoke to a so-called manager and she was RUDE. Spoke with a second manager who was much more professional and she was to send a refund but never saw it. Called again and told she would send it again. Never saw it. Poor excuse for a business.

We stopped for banana splits. They were ok. But when I ask the server if I could get all chocolate ice cream she scowled. I didnt see rude on the menu but there it was. Very unwelcoming. And the work area was messy, unattended, and no napkins in the dispenser. She needs another job. And openly rude to her co-worker. In fact I didn’t encounter any friendly staff here at BFS. Obviously Management is non existant here.

Every time I visit the Dairy Queen in Wellston, it’s truly a five-star experience. The entire staff goes above and beyond, always working hard and greeting everyone with genuine smiles that make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s always such a joy bringing my kids here—the wide variety of ice cream options keeps them excited every single time, and we’ve made so many sweet memories together.
I especially want to recognize Rebecca—she is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She not only keeps everything running smoothly, but also creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers and staff alike. Dairy Queen is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team. 🙂

me and my boyfriend went here a few weeks back and the service was kinda bad. we went through the drive through, and had to sit there for at least 10-15 minutes before we were even spoken to. there was no one behind us or in front of us. we were about to leave but then the woman working the drive through said she was assisting another customer. & it’s worthy to be noted that she was really nice when we spoke to her at the window. the ice cream is always good. and the few food options they do have are good. i would say that young lady was just having a busy day & was overwhelmed.

Ordered two large blizzards and they were not frozen. They were runny like the cream in the ice cream machine wasn’t chilling right, they didn’t even flip them like they supposed to do blizzards. Top it off didn’t even stick them in blizzard cups but in the cups they do milkshakes and jewlius in . When the employee was questioned they simply said that is how a blizzard is… what a joke of a place. I don’t like to write things like this but this isn’t my first experience at this one to top it off they don’t do burgers neither. I think the management needs to pull their head out of there rear to learn how to educate their employees which you are nothing but a bunch of high school students would rather stand around in the back smoking on Vapes that they acquired some way or another or more interested playing on their phones and shooting the bull with coworkers. Sometimes it’s like forever for just one to come to the counter. You get better service from the little Caesars employees and same for the gas station cashiers

Average service. I went there earlier this morning and got a snickerdoodle blizzard. The ice cream itself was pretty good. However, the bald woman and lady with dark brown hair were very kind and funny! They put a smile on my face and excellent ice cream in my tummy! Lol. However, I went again with my wife later that evening and a short, dark haired girl yelled at me! She was very rude and upset my wife. The morning shift workers were excellent and kind, but the evening shift had no manners and were on their phones. Very unprofessional and unsophisticated.

Let me start by saying I love Dairy Queen, but this location is an exception. I’ve had enough bad experiences at this location ( again today) that I won’t be going back to it. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop at this location unless you like long waits only to be told they don’t have what it is on the menu that you wanted anyway or they can’t make change for the cash you’re trying to spend. You would think having a great location in a gas station right off the interstate that this place would provide better service but it’s been this way for a few years now.There’s an ice cream place in Weston, go there instead and avoid the horrible service this place is known for.
