Somehow this is their Reese’s Oreo blizzard- with no Oreo in it at all and a few bites of Reese’s. Their blizzards are so expensive but poor quality both times we have gone. They also did not flip them either time.

Went there recently with my family. I know we cause quite a ruckus with our small army (7 children) but the staff was more than excellent in helping us. The manager Rey deserves a special thank you from us, making the kids laugh and made our order lightning quick. The ice-cream was delicious, we most definitely will be returning!!! Thank you DQ Team!!

I went through the drive thru and nobody answered, then I pulled over by the window a I saw a blond young girl she saw me as well because she made eye contact with me but continued to ignored me. She continued putting bags in the trash cans and cleaning one of the machines. There was another girl inside, who saw me as well. It was so bizarre because if they had an issue, a normal person would have come to the window and let me know. The sign that was displayed at the window said they were opened, which I believe because the time was 4:45pm. After 8 minutes of being ignored I left. Very disappointed in the staff of this store.

Went in tonight to pick up a mobile order and the worker was rude and no help. Just said order was not in system and could do nothing. Even after i showed her the receipt on the DQ app and she looked at it for a couple minutes. And nothing. Worse experience ever .

Very well run. Seems to be fairly busy most of the time but great employees move the line fast. Leading to the fast, friendly service. Highly recommend for a quick, yummy snack.

Something has happened to this DQ. Their Ice Cream is more like milk flavored ice instead of Creamy Ice cream. My wife and I have been coming to this DQ for two years and its been terrible the last two visits in the past few weeks. We went to another DQ in Eldersburg, MD off of Liberty Rd and the Sundae and Blizzard was fantastic. So, I know its not something changed by DQ product and definitely this store.

Worst service. You ask for a cone, they hand it to you falling off the cone and said you better hold on to it. You tell them to re make it so you can actually eat it and the idiots throw it in a cup. These punk kids need to learn proper service and not be so worried about eating behind the counter!!!!

This location consistently makes blizzards with no toppings in the bottom 1/2 to 2/3 of the cup. Tonight we even PAID for extra toppings and still got plain vanilla ice cream in the bottom half of the cups. Also the ice cream is always super melted and requires being put in the freezer for awhile when we get it home (a 5 min drive). We won’t be patronizing this location anymore, they’ve had plenty of chances to improve their quality and clearly don’t care.
