Went through the drive thru. Moved quickly. Order was correct and the staff is courteous. A bit pricey for ice cream, but the Blizzards are a tasty treat.

Walked in the facility over the weekend and the amount of blizzard toppings and melted ice cream all over the floor was absolutely unsanitary. Place needs a food inspection, not sure how someone not doing drive through could walk in there and eat anything made there.

This place has gone downhill. We go here at least 3 times a month there is no customer service which fine whatever we deal but then after tonight’s experience I will never go there again. We’ve ordered a blizzard with cookie dough in it everytime we’ve gone well tonight it was made differently and instead of the man offering to make a new mini blizzard for my 5 year old he continued to tell me that the recipe is made with chocolate syrup. What a joke to think it would have costed him a million dollars to make a new mini cookie dough blizzard. Oh and since no manager was no duty I will also be writing to corporate.

Love me some DQ but tonight a mistake was made with our order. We made the staff member aware to which she let out a rude sigh and “ok” and walked away and corrected it, offering no apology. She came back and slammed the product down in frustration on the counter.

Always awesome, just with they had more dairy free ( I know, I know) options. My kiddo is lactose intolerant. We go though because this place holds a special meaning for her as my mother who has passed away would take her here.
