Service was terrible. The woman who took my order did not know what a pup cup was, said she knew what I meant by it, and gave me HUMAN vanilla ice cream (the image attached). Ridiculous, never coming back.

This place is just “ok”. Upon entering there is definitely a weird smell lingering in the store but obviously you try to get past it to obtain your delicious treat. Overall the treats are yummy but they are definitely stingy when it comes to toppings. If you could go elsewhere I would!

Very slow service. I’m never going back to this location. They always have one or max 2 people working, they take an order, make the order, deliver the order and then take the next order. Waiting for 15-20 mins to order is very typical. They also seem to have a very frequent turnaround of staff because I have never seen the same staff member again and this is going back within the same month. I also saw the women (seems to be the owner) being rude to the staff member. Sorry too long of a review, standing in line here, got nothing better to do.

Kids and I got to this location at 10:50am. They allegedly open at 11. Waited until 11:15. No one showed up. Kids (4 and 3) left disappointed and in tears. Thanks for nothing. Don’t have store hours if you aren’t going to keep it.

Restaurant was clean and the food was made fresh. They serve chicken, french fries, and hotdog products. They do not serve hamburgers. Of course they serve ice cream. Conveniently located next to a gym.

This place has been there for as long as I can remember. It has always been a very clean and well-kept establishment. The ice cream is always great and the prices are comparable even sometimes a lot cheaper then some of their major competitors. The food is good the staff is always nice and I have never had a bad experience here.

Staff and desserts are great. The AC doesn’t work here and it’s quite uncomfortable standing in line for 20 minutes. Seems the owner is cheap.

This was the worst Dairy Queen ever. The service was terrible! The line is out the door, because they are so disorganized. The ice cream was melting when it was handed to us. The Blizzard was too melty to flip, but I wasn’t willing to wait any longer to say anything. My children got milkshakes that taste like hand sanitizer. Avoid this location. The short drive to the Leesburg location is worth your time!!

This place is great. They have outdoor table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy lunch and treats with your dog. Its very busy here after school sports let out. All the parents come here for treats. But dont miss out on the really good sandwiches to eat. Much nicer than fast food, even if it is fast food.
