I would like to personally write a review on Evan, one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Evan is a spectacular worker and is always so friendly. He cracks me and my husband up always! He has a positive attitude and he is a hard worker. We always enjoy getting some ice cream during shopping and he makes the experience ever so much better. Fantastic job, DQ! Love it and love the employees

Manager refused to honor coupon from a Red Cross blood drive which said it could be used at the mall or the New Cumberland DQ. The blood drive was at the mall. Employees working told me they were not allowed to accept the coupon per the manager.

We purchased from this Dairy Queen and at the end I asked for a cup of water from the sink and she refused. I’m not happy about that. But the kids did enjoy the ice cream.

While I don’t head to the mall often anymore, the days I do I always make a stop to the Dairy Queen just for the Orange Julius smoothies. For some odd reason the Orange Julius chains seem to differ in the smoothies they offer and it seems the mall one is the only one to offer tropi- or pina-colada in addition to the standard Orange Julius menu. Unfortunately, on occasions the smoothies will taste too sweet and it depends on who you have to make the smoothie for you really.

Had not bought an orange Julius in a very long time, and now I know why, I got a regular orange and it made my throat feel weird, itchy and burning I had to drink something else to get rid of the burning feeling.My boyfriend and his son both tasted it and also did not like it at all.
