Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had from the three ladies working on Friday the 13th! We had a little bit of a mixup but they had me come in the lobby and they fixed everything for me and they were so apologetic and the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in my entire life and when it comes to any Dairy Queen I’ll be recommending Grove city Dairy Queen out of all of them because of how kind they really are! Just saying Dairy Queen but they deserve a raise! ( The three women that work Friday, 13 May 2022 at 12:25pm!)

While the Blizzard I got was honestly really good, the staff completely ruined the experience. The three girls working were openly talking about me and other customers right in front of us, like we weren’t even there. It was super awkward and completely unprofessional. On top of that, their tone with each other was rude and aggressive, they were clearly arguing or bickering while taking and preparing orders. It felt awkward, and honestly kind of hostile. Definitely not the vibe you want. I also work at a fast food chain and would never act that way in front of customers. The product was fine, but the customer service was seriously lacking. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

They still have a mighty good peanut butter shake. I get mine with no whipped cream. Delicious! I miss butterscotch dilly bars…they don’t make them anymore.☹️

All three girls working there were talking about my two friends and I while we were standing there because we went 30 min before closing. The girl working the register did not say hello, have a nice night, not a thing other than “what can i get you??” Very rude young girls, coming from someone who used to work at an ice cream shop they were not very friendly.

I love this little dairy queen! Service is totally great, honestly I’d just ignore all the bad reviews because I’ve been going to this dairy queen my whole life and have yet to receive bad service. I do wish it was a little bigger, maybe could use an upgrade, an indoor seating area would be awesome! Overall, I have no problems here, and the ice scream is great, perfect stop for a hot summer day☺️

Wow, the drive thru attendant for 7:30pm 4/14 was absolutely awful. Got upset when we showed her our blizzard was melted, proceeded to argue yelling at us in front of our children and snatched it back from us. If that was my business she would’ve been canned on the spot. If you can’t handle working a DQ drive thru good luck in your future endeavors.

Our experience was great. The staff was polite and we received our food fast, which lead to our great experience.
The parking lot and building are not very big so it can be a challenge to park. They do have a drive thru, so that is always an option. In the far right corner of the property they have a few picnic tables in a nice little grassy area.
The menu use to just be ice cream treats but it has expanded to offer some hot foods. This location is still not a full service as far as hot food goes. No chicken tenders and gravy here.

Today (4-10-2024) I stopped in and went inside to place my order, noone else was inside at the counter getting waited on at the time however there were 3 girls behind the counter. I stood there for about 3 – 4 minutes without any of these girls willing to take my order. One girl at the counter complained continuiously about having to clean, or whatever she was doing. A young gentlemen finally came to the counter and was kind enough to take my order. I expressed my opinion on how rudely I was ignored. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE UNTIL TONIGHT AND I HOPE THAT THE EMPLOYEE THAT COMPLAINED ABOUT CLEANING GOES AND FINDS ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE CLEARLY SHE HATES HER JOB AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE! KUDOS GOES OUT TO THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN THERE, FEEL SORRY FOR YOU HAVING TO WORK BESIDE A MISERABLE RUDE PERSON.

Very nice Dairy Queen. Never had a problem here. Some people need to wake up to the fact that we are living in a different world from 2 years ago. If the indoor counter is not open maybe they can’t find enough people to work, it is happening everywhere. Some restaurants are only open 4 days a week, at least this Dairy Queen is open and staying open year round now.
