Hello, me and my family were at your establishment and we found out there was no vanilla ice cream so everything was chocolate and my little sister does not like chocolate so we have to go to frosty shack and get better ice cream and it took them 45 minutes just to get 5 people ice cream. I can’t believe you and I will never come here again plus I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. I think that was one of the worst times of my life. It was Al Gavin Dulls fault I think he should be fired!!!

There are a whole bunch of young teenagers working there and the windows are all covered up so you can’t see what’s going on and how clean or dirty the place might be. I think we will not be going there anytime soon. I don’t like how the windows were all covered and you couldn’t see anything my order was wrong and so was my friends.

Place is so dark you can’t even read the menu. I waited in drive through for 20 minutes. They ran out of vanilla so chocolate was fine. Tried to order a “cookie jar” was told they didn’t have it. So I ordered a cookie dough and added oreos…literally a cookie jar, but whatever… Waited for 15 minutes two cars ahead finally got their stuff and the car in front of me left. I pulled up and waited at the window for 5 minutes. No greeting, no “we will be with you shortly,” nothing. So after another 2 minutes and watching them “try” to make blizzards I left. Nobody even said anything or came to the window. Terrible place.

The dude working there only woke up when I banged on the window. Either he was sleeping or he was high. The pup cups at this dairy queen are only ice cream, no dog treats. And when I ordered a royal Reese brownie blizzard he gave me something that didn’t have vanilla ice cream nor any reeses in it… at least he got the pnut butter part right… but with chocolate ice cream and way too many brownies in it.. it was gross.. very disappointed in this. I didn’t have the best experience the other time I stopped here either so I do not recommend going here.

Worst place I have ever been to. The employees and the management have no clue what is going on there. Always outside smoking and you know hands are never washed. Whoever owns this place should really look at what is going on there. They would be very upset. The older lady is rude and really makes coming there undesirable. She is always yelling and carrying on and gets orders wrong because she butts in where she isn’t needed. Please for the sake of the Customers someone needs to address the situation. The wait times are unbelievable because the people that are working are so slow.

Unbelievable how this little girl running the show acts….she was short with the staff and the customers. Maybe because it was 815 pm and they close at 9 pm and she wanted to get out for her date. Either way, I will never go back! Who needs a high school/ college freshman acting like that.
Get a grip owners! Get an adult in there or you’ll be out of business. I’ve told my family and friends in youngwood to go the extra miles to either Irwin or Mt Pleasant.

This is my go-to Dairy Queen. Very polite staff. Very clean outside and from what I can tell inside. It’s a little rough getting in and out of right now due to road work. Not that bad though. Won’t stop me. There is no inside seating. No problem for me. Plenty of parking. Kinda like the old days of drive up and you can eat in your vehicle. Or go through the drive thru. Either way you can’t go wrong here
