Stopped here Saturday evening to pick up some mini ice cream cakes for my friends. The girls working were so friendly and quickly got my order! I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and have some really great memories getting ice cream with friends and family. I’ll continue to visit for my sweet treat needs.

Just got back home after our outing which included a stop at DQ, which I love! However as we pulled in & saw the ordering window available with no line, we decided to go ahead and order. I only had on a sweater, no coat but had to wait while at least one of the 3 gals inside checked her phone. There was a large group of teens/young adults standing by who’d already been served, and I do not know how much of an influence that made on the gals inside, but my family ran small businesses forever, including 2 DQ’s (Beaver County) and you respond to customers – not check phones! (That happened at least 3 times while I shivered at the window waiting for someone to pay attention.I had to post this because it is totally uncalled for, totally rude, and certainly not inspirational to customers. That’s it. I’m wrapped in a blanket within my home still trying to warm up. Being stuck at a window for too long did not sit very well with me.

The advertised menu item (An all-chocolate DQ blizzard cake known as Choc Brownie Extreme) and the cake that I received did not match. My cake was 2/3 vanilla. I’m a Chocolate gal! Disappointed over my birthday cake failing to meet expectation and be the wrong flavor combination than advertised I reached out to the DQ. They offered $3 off my next cake (which may cover my gas)…to patronize them again. So, I’m disappointed now in the lack of sympathy and subpar offer.
The DQ cake provided was able to be eaten by my guests. The cake had the correct wording and the employees who took my order and completed the transaction were both kind.

really should change your hours online, says they close at 9 online but when I pulled in they had a sorry we’re closed sign up. also their light up sign on the street says closed at 9 as well. the two girls working just stared at me like I was crazy and didn’t say anything.

Good service but keep in mind they dont serve food items like other dairy queens. Only ice cream stuff and cakes.

3 stars because it’s so close to us and we like the ice cream here. But when it says open till 9pm everywhere and you get there at 820 but the place is dark and workers are leaving the parking lot. Something’s wrong. Facebook should have an update about hours changing or they shouldn’t be closing BEFORE posted time. Stay open till 9. When we got there 5 other cars pulled in only to pull out and have to go to the scoop. Do better west mifflin DQ:

Ordered blizzards, cones and parfaits for the family. Upon eating them it tasted like they were made with spoiled milk. Stomach currently turning. My daughter couldn’t even finish her cone.
My son took a spoon full of his and threw it away. Waste of money. But more importantly I hope we don’t get sick.
