I tried going through the drive-thru tonight and they were closed. Google said they were open till 9:30pm, i pulled up at 8:58pm to be told they were closed. If hours changed recently please update your google add. Otherwise i usually dont have problems with this location.

This is the only place that will not let me purchase nor provide my rainbow sprinkles on the side. I always get a vanilla soft serve cone with cherry dip.. I proceed to eat the dip and dunk whats left of the vanilla ice cream cone into the sprinkles. But not here. Super staunch about it. Everywhere else supplies me with a copious amount sprinkles in a dish. On the better side, their drive thru is convenient and I believe Diary Queen is the only local ice cream place thats open past 8:00pm. They close at 9:30pm.

I went to this location for the 10x this summer and last week was far the worse once again. I don’t know who the trained these staff but they have the worst customer service ever. Especially the one w the nose ring at the cash register, she was rude and ignorant then went on to yell at someone by the drive thru. That’s really nice when you have your 2 daughters with you. I do have to say the one time the manager (maybe young blonde) stepped in an apologize for her behavior and gave me a free ice cream. How is this acceptable?
Also, besides that the effort that went into making the 3 blizzards was pathetic. I understand people have bad days but honestly this is repetitive.
I’ll start taking my family to Down the street to a different location.

Got my ice cream and asked for a cover. There was probably another half a blizzard inside the lid. When I got home about 10 minutes later I picked the blizzard up and the ice cream came spilling and leaking out of the top due to the blizzard being over filled. Thanks Dairy Queen. I’ll make sure to come back next time I want my car to be sticky.

I have only given them 3 stars, it’s ice cream. As usual the ice cream was cold and delicious. My wife and I had the hot fudge sundae. The taste was on par with the rest of their stands.
