It was a awful experience! The one girl told me an my family including my tired 3 year old that we had to go back to our car to go threw the drive threw even though we were first I had stand there for about 5 mins walked away for 10 seconds then these guys popped outta no were We couldn’t get served at the window they had a truck they could of took threw the drive threw but we had to go threw it even though I was there first girl was extremely rude an as soon as We walked away guys turned around an got served at the window with a smile our family wanted to eat outside but instead we did in our car because of the awful experience won’t ever be going back there again !! Short brunette with a red shirt shouldn’t be working there if she can’t be patient an polite to the customers !!

Eden Main St. location used to be our favorite, but too many inconsistencies and mistakes. When we talked to the owner about an error with our order his exact words “We’re not curing cancer. Mistakes happen, I just accept it and move on”. So place your order, but if it’s wrong, don’t be surprised and don’t expect them to remake it because “if we remade it we would lose money”. Super disappointed, would drive 25mins to this location before these issues started and now, with the management’s philosophy and attitude, will not be going back.

We had a grilled chicken sandwich (not a Brazier store, so no burgers) which was very good, a chili cheese dog, and a chocolate shake. Greeted promptly in a friendly way, and was able to sit at one of the outdoor tables once our food was prepared. Always have time for a hot fudge sundae!
