Frequently go there with friends and family. This place is always very busy with lines that’s how you know the soft serves and food is good. Definitely recommend others who’s looking for sweet treats. The workers are super nice and friendly, price is reasonable. I hope they make this store a little bit bigger like the other stores!!

We just got rip off I brought 4 boxes look at the amount of fries we got (husband was hungry so the worth box was already being ate lol beside that the 2 Spanish girls were beyond rude they did not say can we help you or nothing just talking while the 3 girl was doing everything she was excellent . And I know normally how this boxes come because it was not my first time getting this boxes

I feel like I got mugged, 9 dollars for this, when did a large become a medium, the kids taking orders need to use common sense when charging for a side of PB sauce and why do they give you so little Ice cream. I will say the PB sauce is the best I’ve ever had so paying a little extra for a side doesn’t matter but price gaging PB should be illegal

I am highly disappointed with my recent visit to this Dairy Queen. I ordered a 6-piece chicken tender meal with fries, and the customer service was terrible from the start. The older woman at the counter was rude and dismissive.
When I received my large meal, there were barely 10 fries in the box. I went back to politely show her, and she told me she couldn’t give me any more because “Dairy Queen weighs the fries.” For a large meal, the portion was unacceptable, and her attitude made the experience even worse.
This used to be my favorite location, but after this visit, I left frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the portion quality because this is not the experience I expect from Dairy Queen.

The ice cream is good. Other than that…
The chicken baskets are a joke. I ordered 2 baskets, 1 with fries, 1 with onion rings. There were maybe 10 fries in the box, and there were a total of 3 onion rings in the other box. The chicken was dry and mostly breading. Of course they do not have Texas toast or cream gravy.
The owner is also very rude. I had a coupon for buy 1 Blizzard, get 1 for 99 cents. I tried to order 2 large Blizzards. He told me it only works up to medium. I told him it said that nowhere on the coupon, and his response was “that’s our policy”, very rudely. When he handed me my ice cream, he decided that he wanted to continue to argue about it, even though I had let it drop. I told him that he was making up his own rules, and he was very customer unfriendly. Even from a business perspective, it makes no sense. From a medium to a large, there is a $1.20 difference. So I would have paid him an extra $1.20 for 2 Blizzards to go from a medium to a large. There’s no way that there is a cost difference to him of greater than 60 cents each. He could have made more profit and made a customer happy instead of wanting to start an argument.
On free ice cream cone day, he was asking for a $1 donation for a “children’s charity”. There was no signage about what charity this would be, and he provided no details. There’s no telling where that money was going.
There is a Rita’s across the street. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.
Edit: I see that DQ customer service responded. I did reach out to them prior to this review. They replied to me and said they’d send my feedback to the franchise owner. I did not hear back from him, but I didn’t expect to, and there’s really nothing he could say to make me want to patronize his business again.

I have never written a review but i had to today. went in last week to use a coupon for a 99 cent blizzard with a purchase of the same size blizzard. the girl forgot to use my coupon but i shrugged it off because i know how challenging customer service can be at times. this week i went in to finally use my coupon and they told me i couldn’t use it because it doesn’t apply to larges. but on the coupon it said any size. so i politely explained i was confused because the coupon explicitly says any size. i don’t understand why last week it was fine to use but they just forgot, but this week it’s not usable. i wouldn’t have even came this second time if it wasn’t to use my coupon. also, the staff talked to me like i was being a karen when i was just simply confused why i paid double the price i was prepared to . won’t be back again

The ice cream and treats are delicious, however the prices are quite high! I guess that’s how much it cost these days cuz of the Covid price inflation ? The sweet treats themselves were very tasty and good portion sizes. Just offer some discounts maybe to entice customers to come back? Maybe a coupon in the mail? Simply a suggestion!

Never again oder a chicken tender basket for 7.99 or 8.99 don’t remember the price but literally got like 10 fries with it and asked for more was told that was a small frie not worth the price woulda been better to go to McDonald’s same fries and woulda had twice as many
