I don’t give public reviews much but have had the worst experience of my life with an ice cream cake bought from the freehold DQ location. I bought a cake for my daughter’s birthday, the staff was very friendly and polite. We cut the cake in the evening and found multiple hair inside the cake , the ice cream part had hair and the crunch part had several hair in it. We were so disgusted that we had to throw it away. I thought of sharing it so that DQ might take notice and work on their hygiene standards. We used to be regular DQ customers, but unfortunately not anymore.

Service is slow and they mess up orders a lot, but they are really nice and the ice cream is soooo good! They also have some really creative blizzards and shakes. They do accommodate for food allergies by preparing your food in the back; you just need to mention it.

This dairy Queen was good but I think they started putting air freshener inside the dairy Queen and now everything tastes like air freshener all the toppings the ice cream. The smell of the air freshener is too overwhelming it actually made me sick the last time I ate there. Please stop using the air freshener in the store it’s getting all over everything

It is a standard Dairy Queen. They offer the standard soft ice cream cones and ice cream sundaes. I tried the soft ice cream cone . I ordered a banana split to go. Both were about what I expected.
