Worst DQ experience. Pretty much for the quality of the blizzard. The employees all seem nice. I believe they are substituting inferior ingredients for ingredients that are suggested my manufacturer. I say this because I have had many blizzards, but this is the only one I’ve ever seen that seemed so watered down. I asked to have it remade because I didn’t know if their machine was bad, but it was defining the quality of ingredients.

In my experience this dairy queen is great, they always fill up the cup fully with ice cream and tend to give a lot of toppings. Customer service is friendly and fast. There also never seems to be a long line so the wait is minimal.

April 3rd 7:30 pm i ordered a pineapple sunday when i reached home and began to eat it the pine apple was rancid /old. I did attempt to call and let them know but no one answered the phone. In order to salvage what i purchase i separated the ice cream from the old fruit

The employee was very sweet but to the employer who is probably abusing a single employee who has a long line and missing ingredients. I would suggest to avoid this kind of abusive employers/owners at all costs. (Personal opinion)

Hoped for a reliable restaurant to pause coming home from NYC. Restroom blocked off. No napkins out for dealing with random spills. Line employee was great but that’s all I can say in favor of the place.

Ok at best. No place to eat the ice cream on site. They only give you one little napkin for ice cream cones and you have to ask them for more since there are no napkin dispensers. They don’t accept app coupons so you’re overpaying.

Im a local resident, I’ve been coming here for years. The staff here do not clean the mixer machines in between each order. You will taste the previous person’s order. My friend ordered a reeses pieces blizzard. Then when I ordered a caramel shake, I tasted reeses in my drink. Dairy Queen is lucky I’m not allergic to peanut butter. If I’m paying $7 for a certain flavor, I expect to get that flavor. Its happened this entire summer. Each thing I’ve ordered has tasted like my friends order and their order tastes like something else. Please tell your staff to clean their mixer before they do another.
