Last week, I made a mobile order (I was on the road and nearby) when I arrived at 3 p.m. the place was crowded, kids were our of school and parents were bringing their children for a treat. I could have pushed forward to the mobile pickup space at the counter, but I waited my turn and watched the sole employee, Ethan, work through each order seamlessly.
When my turn came, all I said was, “I have a mobile order.” Without looking at a computer screen or paper for reference, he said my name and quoted my order from memory. I nodded and in a couple of seconds he handed me a bag and wished me a good afternoon. (that’s when I asked for his name)
It was nice to see a young person, with such a strong work ethic in action. Dairy Queen is lucky to have him, and so are the customers.

it’s an unorganized chaos mess of a zoo.
they literally pay mind to mobile orders only. all the staff are young kids who look sadly stressed, annoyed and they 1000% show it.
we were waiting for our order and someone randomly came and took it and ran out and they did nothing
we had already waited 15 min for 2 small blizzards.
they were annoyed they had to make the blizzards again.
like it’s our fault.
all they did was loudly talk about how they can’t wait to get out of work.
the girl who rang us up was gianna as her name is on the receipt but all had horrible attitudes and very unprofessional
