I always go to this location and never have had a bad experience. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but one of the young ladies at the counter who was taking my order completely ignored me when I was trying to ask a question about the dairy queen app. She looked annoyed that I wanted to use the app. Wouldn’t look at me in the face and just had a bad attitude overall. Don’t ignore the customers when I was trying to polite. Sorry you’re having a bad day but next time don’t take it out on the customers.

Dairy Queen is my very favorite place to go, but not the one in Groton. When I went there it wasn’t very clean, and smelled like a bathroom in the lobby. I was very disappointed in how it looked in there.

I’ve been coming to this DQ since I was born. I miss both of the happy brothers who served there when I was a child, but the service is still great. The only reason I have them a 4 is because no other dairy queen can match Niantic with the fresh fruit and 100 blizzard selection.
