Ok. If this is the Fitchburg place. It’s very different from a normal Dairy Queen. The one of west Boylston is a 5 star but the one in Fitchburg. Why do you have windows blocking interactions, the look and feel is very discomforting

I forgot until now, I did get in touch with their main contact and received ZERO support… Nothing!
No apologies, they obviously didn’t care that their customer are getting ripped off…
You’d think maybe a coupon for replacement ice cream cones, at least…

Just ordered 2 large cones… These things were the size of smalls or kiddy size almost.
This has been happening for a couple of years now.
They really need to train their help, they seem like untrained children that don’t want a job… It’s terrible!

Always mediocre but tonight was awful. The employee asked what I wanted twice and then put nothing in my blizzard… also it was more than half melted. I know I shouldn’t expect much, but it’s a bummer to throw away over 20 dollars plus tip.

I usually love Dairy Queen for a quick ice cream cone, but the prices have become outrageous for what you’re getting. I just spent $5 for this cone, and it was pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t mind spending the money if they product was worth it, but there’s barely any ice cream or dip on this thing! Crazy to me.

Ice cream was good kind of skimpy. I was waiting in the line for probably 10 minutes. It took someone 5 minutes to greet me at the window. And took another couple minutes for a vanilla cone. I went again recently, they have a store full of teenagers who don’t know how to work. Rude employees.

Did not give correct order then when asked to fix it they said they’d have to charge us again because the kitchen made the wrong order. Do not go to this location. Go to leominster their prices are different as well and get better service.

The ice cream was delicious, unfortunately the rating I gave was more for the customer service and atmosphere. Absolutely nothing jumped out at me and the customer service was blah. Everyone buzzing around talking to each other and had no interest in the the customer. I will visit again hopefully I’ll have a better time.
