Going reminds me why I don’t go more often, I hate the containers and service is always bad. Ice cream does not need to be this messy. I’m alone in the car at the drive through yet they still try to hand me 4 ice creams , 1 at a time without a bag or cover. You have to request a cover and bag multiple times to get it. By the time you get home, you cannot remove the cover without wearing half what’s inside and that’s if it doesn’t leak through the bag and make a mess of the car before you get home. I guess the only way to succeed is eat it there and bring a wet wipe. Service would still be slow and you still have to tell them repeatedly what you asked for. I guess for me I go elsewhere.

This store has had nothing but taking orders wrong and giving out the wrong ice cream ever since they opened this year. If you plan on getting ice cream and see a women with short/short hair and a tattoo on her forearm, I suggest you turn away and go back another day. Not only was there random talking in the speaker by her. She also proceeded to keep my card and blame me for leaving it!!!!! It was never handed back to me. Mind you the ice cream was also made wrong. I’ve been going here pretty often the last couples years and have never experienced as many problems as I do now. I’ll definitely be taking the drive to Leominster from here on.

if I could give a zero I would. I went just about 2 weeks ago to get a shake. I understand that the lobby was closed due to short staffing. So I ordered at the drive thru. I went today, and one of the girls that work there was rude and slammed the side door in my face after explaining that I wanted to order some ice cream. She said I don’t know why that was even being done, its a drive thru not a walk up.” I found that super rude, and unprofessional. I asked then why was I able to do it 2 weeks ago? And she laughed and ignored me. This experience was just unbelievable. Good thing they’re putting one up in Leominster.

Staff greet you with a smile. Very prompt at taking orders also very prompt at preparing and bringing them out to your table. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious. They have great burgers and chicken fingers… Let’s not forget about the ice cream!! Whether it’s a blizzard, a Sunday, a milkshake or a cone. You absolutely cannot go wrong when you go to Dairy Queen unless you eat it too slowly and it melts on you!!
