Usually this store is good with the amount of fries they serve and service but waited 15 min and paid $8 for a basket of fries that lacked significantly along with an attitude for even asking about why we were cheated on it. I’ve order this multiple times and never got a small sized fry put in a big box along with them arguing over why it was taking so long in front of me. Maybe they were having a bad day and just wanted us out of there but wouldn’t come when this crew is working again.

Not a good experience the drive cashier was not professional at all didn’t ask if I wanted crispy or grilled menu is off. They had us waiting in parking lot for nearly 15min waiting and when receiving the order the bag was tossed to me by the short black girl , no name tags but no need they lost my business.. buyers beware

Fairly clean with many staff members present. Although I wasn’t greeted when I came in or standing at the counter my order was completed and correct. The ice cream cone looked like the poster and was very tasty. The lobby was clean however, several of the drink selections were not working. The bathroom is a single person only, but was clean with products available. The patio area was clean, which is where we enjoyed 2 medium cones and a pup cup for my doggy.

I tried eating the burger and I just couldn’t. It was wet with mustard and mushy tomatoes even after I asked the lady would it be fresh. The only thing that was decent was the soda and the fries! I will never come here again.

Ordered my food,went to the window waited like 2-3 minutes until someone took my money. Then I literally got each of my items one by one. Waited the longest for my burger and sandwich,because the drive thru worker was conversing with her coworker while having both of my sandwiches ready.My burger was the saddest burger I’ve had in a while. The meat looked old , the lettuce was so wilted and there was an insane amount of mustard on it that made it inedible. The picture attached shows the lettuce isn’t even green it’s yellow because of the mustard. First time at DQ , and will definitely be my last!

Food is still ok, but man this place has gone down hill. Flies everywhere, trash on a table from who knows when, drink station is gross, and we had a dead fly on our table. This place needs to be sanitized, and the staff taught their jobs. No one seems to know what they are doing.

For starters, it took 4 people over 20 minutes to make a single regular meal for me. The problem was that weren’t even busy at all. Then I realize when I get home, the fries are unsalted and flimsy and one the “strips” are so small that it’s basically a nugget. The others weren’t too much bigger either. The toast wasn’t even toasted. It was buttered bread. How do you mess up everything?!

This place is disgusting. As soon as we came in there to order another lady was already upset about her order not being right for the third time. They didn’t know what was on their own menu after asking a number of times pointing at their menu saying they have it. A manager had to come in and correct order. After getting our order. The guy came to our table with a blizzard digging in the blizzard to find out what type a blizzard it was. It was Gross. Then after I friend received her burger she opened it to find an ant crawling around. Look at pictures before and after below. Zero ratings don’t go here.
