I visited on 11/2 at 3:30 using the drive thru. I wanted an ice cream cake. The employee said they can’t sell ice cream cakes in the drive thru and I had to come inside. I had my dogs in the car. And I’ve gotten one in the drive thru before. Lame!

I visited the Dairy Queen at St Anthony on 09/24/25 and ordered a small Blizzard. I did not realize it contained hard candy pieces, which hurt my teeth, so I went back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a different blizzard
The employee, Cooper, told me I would have to buy a second Blizzard. When I asked for a refund instead, he also refused. When I requested to speak to a manager, he said there was no one higher than him on site and pointed to a “Now Hiring” sign, telling me to call that number to submit my complaint.
I was left without a replacement, refund, or any resolution which goes against Dairy Queen’s well-known Blizzard guarantee. I could not eat my Blizzard and I did not receive the level of service Dairy Queen promises, and I hope this matter can be addressed.

They do not have real chili cheese dogs I don’t know what that is chilli is so nasty and it has some type of melted cheese definitely not the real chili cheese dog! Spend $5 on one and it wasn’t even the real deal! I’ll never come back

One of the best DQ’S! lightening quick drive-thru. Replaced the painted block patio with a clean slab of concrete. Blizzards on a hot and humid day were not flipped upside down in front of us… but were still as good as they looked! Was surprised to find a tiny bit of shade at 3pm on the north side of the building eating Blizzards in the car.

Okay not sure which one Google’s trying to tell me to review but if this is the one on St Anthony then they have cherries not a lot of The dairy Queen’s do anymore they also have orange Julius which was a big one for me I love that, it taste like nostalgia

Good social distancing practice in store between employees and customers. Employees wear face masks and gloves for food prep. Tables outside are not sanitized by team members. I’ve visited the store several times this year and haven’t seen any efforts to clean tables, door handles, or cooler handles.

I went in with a coupon from apparently a different dairy queen. Some strange little girl with dark hair was like the wicked witch of the west. She didn’t apologize and say I’m sorry you can’t use that coupon here. she rudely said you can’t use that coupon here. And I said I’m on highway eight and she said it’s the wrong highway. Nevertheless, I will never go here again even though I know it’s a family owned business.
