To the man that rang me up and remade my m&m blizzard without chocolate sauce, thank you for the great customer service and the respect. It’s always uncomfortable for me having to ask for a correction, and it was an especially emotional day for me as the anniversary of my dad’s death, so I appreciate your validating nature.
To the kid that made the first blizzard and repeatedly told me “this isn’t McDonald’s. We’ve ALWAYS put chocolate sauce in that blizzard.” One: that’s not correct, they changed the mixture in 2012. The last time I had one was probably 2009. Two: please work on how you communicate with customers. From the first interaction giving me the first blizzard to your response to my disappointment in something I splurged $7 on – you came off rude and condescending. I know customer service sucks but try not to be a jerk to every customer over it.

Some of the best dq food I’ve had. It would be 5 stars but wow it’s hit or miss for service. Sometimes it’s fine. A woman who was doing training in July was incredibly rude to us when a trainee made a mistake. Like it was our fault he’d hit the wrong button and we were unreasonable for wanting the correct thing. Other times workers are great. Other times they seem very bored with everything.

My buddy ordered a couple blizzards. Not sure what flavor they were supposed to be, but I enjoyed the soft serve cause there wasn’t much of an other choice in the cup. Fast forward to today… I figured I’d give their food a try. So, I got a burger and the strip basket. I now know they are kind of all things frozen. I’ve really tried but I can’t get through the 4th grissel strip. I powered through the small burger by dunking it in the queso dip. I thought the grease in the fries tasted like fish.. thats not on the menu.. hotdogs are though.. hotdogs flavored fries are not as appealing as they sound.. Complete mess in the dining room. 100 percent obvious that tables or anything is cleaned between guest.

Try clean restaurant and was greeted right when I walked in. The man who took my order was very nice and a little funny in his responses which I enjoyed! Over great stop, food and ice cream came out quickly and deliciously 🙂

Ordered 4 blizzard and took 20+ minutes to make. One was Chocolate Heath and it came with a M&Ms, Brownie bits,and tasted like mint. Recommend making the drive to North Liberty.

This was my first time ever going to a Dairy Queen that had more than just ice cream, and it was a great first impression. Each employee welcomed us as soon as we entered the store, and they all seemed eager to give us the best service possible.
The food was much better than I anticipated, and they actually did the thing where they flip the blizzard upside down, which I’ve never seen in real life. We got chicken strips, fries, a burger, cheese curds, a cookie dough blizzard, and a butterfinger blizzard. All fantastic and well priced.
The only thing I would change is the store itself. It seemed clean to me, but the toilet in the bathroom was clogged, so we had to go to the Panda Express next door to use the restroom. The store is also extremely quiet. I think some music playing could improve the environment.

trash, ordered chicken strips w ranch and got what looked like fish sticks w a sauce that tasted like tartar sauce. Didn’t get the blizzard w my order. certified trash wish I could get a refund.
