The owners need to get with the times and do updates. The biggest one needs to be to their sign. Would be nice to see the price for everything on the board. Food was hot and fresh. My son has no complaints.

First no open signs were on, we were the only ones here, didn’t get cheese curds as ordered, only one ranch (paid for 2) onion rings were massive and soggy, asked for mustard, got honey mustard, and both tender meals, fries and curds were so dark and tasted burnt (I’m guessing due to old oil.) They were out of cherry coke and ice cream sandwiches. For $27 I got to take my kids home and make them dinner.

I got a blizzard that was 8 dollar’s. It was a true medium but when I asked the lady working there if it was a large she gave me the stink eye and said yes in a very rude way. She had me pull around and wait for the banana split my son ordered when the guy handed it to me it almost fell on the ground because he didn’t even give me a chance to grab it. They filled the container so full it dripped all over my car and into my son’s lap. When we got home we had to put it in a bigger container and it was just a sloppy mess. Pretty sure they did that because I asked if mine was really a large.. I get it… the pay prob sucks and im sure working there does too.

The staff is always nice and the ice cream order is usually right on. Counter top and above look pretty clean, just old. There isn’t much upkeep though. Signs are missing. Paint is chipping, floor is sticky, really hate that. And they are often out of items and low on staff. Lot of places are like that. I can’t help but wonder why they don’t go to just a drive up and hand out.

Very dirty and run down location. Picked up an ice cream cake here for my daughter’s birthday. No expiration date or date showing when it was made – I can’t see how they can possibly prevent old ice cream cakes from being sold. I’ve had food poisoning from ice cream before, not willing to gamble with that on a child’s birthday. It’s also clear that the employee who wrote on our cake has not been properly trained on how to use a piping bag (no fault of their own of course, just shows poor management).
A waste of $38 – I could have gotten a freshly baked cake professionally decorated from a local bakery. Lesson learned.

Stop with the half ass mixing of blizzard. Dairy Queen corporate needs to audit these franchises that can’t figure out how to mix a blizzard. When half my blizzard isn’t mixed it’s basically just a half cup of ice cream, why even go to dairy Queen for that. Does this look mashed up?

This is literally the worst chicken strip basket I have ever gotten from a dairy queen. The gravy is cold. That is just a single slice of untoasted un buttered bread. The chicken is low quality, as are the fries. There is not a single redeeming quality to this meal. I have never been so disappointed in a dairy queen in my life and will never go back
