The young lady working tonight (2/14 8:40pm) with curly hair was quite rude, we requested an Oreo Blizzard with a couple extra scoops of Oreos and she quickly replied “we don’t do scoops, please pull ahead”. When we got to the window she was making our order and when we asked if there was extra Oreo she said she couldn’t put extra Oreo in the Blizzard but gave us a small side cup?? This is ALWAYS how I order, it has never been an issue at any location including this one. She seemed annoyed for no reason. Otherwise, we have never had issues here.

I don’t know what this is but was very unpleasant in my mouth I’m very disappointed!! I got a sundae and always get the samething everytime I come, I know for a fact that shouldn’t have been in there. I worked in the fast food industry I know they seen that go into the cup !! It’s sad to say I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Ice cream is great with good people. The food quality at all Dq is avg at best. I don’t usually go for the food though . 7 dollars meal deal is amazing.

Just get ice cream, do not order any food items. It was a waste of money as I don’t believe that they had all the correct items for the what is on the menu. Very suspect.

Was unable to get reward points because they don’t know how to print receipts. This was after getting our order wrong. Gave us wrong size and item all together. Poor management. Take business down the road

The food is good. The ice cream is the best. Price-wise it’s a little expensive but I always think it’s worth it. I would give it more star. but the staff is always rude. I’m not somebody who orders a ton of food, and I never special order anyting. but they’re always Snappy and act like I’m an inconvenience. I don’t expect a lot but basic manners would be nice.
