Horrible. Worst Dairy Queen ever! Was not greeted when we walked in. No even a smile. No chicken tenders, no cheese, no ranch dressig, no ice, cherry pepsi was WARM & no carbonation what so ever. Olive burgers were very plain with only olives no other dressings. Buns were hard. The cook had on a winter jacket with her hood on. Very unprofessional. The only reason I gave them 1 star was the French fries were excellent. Hot & crispy.

Pop was warm had to ask for ice in a cup. My chili cheese dog barely had any cheese or chili on them. Fries were ok. But didnt have no ranch or liquid cheese. Only 2 workers and the young lady had a coat on with a hoodie on. The guy had a sweatshirt on. Walked in had no smile and couldnt understand what they were saying most of the time. I kept saying what did u say. Then he asked were we dining in and the girl gave me a weird look. The menu was very small there was more cold stuff on it then hot food. Last i knew three rivers had alot more hot stuff. I only gave them all 1 star bcuz i couldnt give no stars. Worst DQ i ever went to. I left still hungry.

Amaya has one of the nasties attitudes head phones on durning the job on the phone gave me a broken cup didn’t even announce my ice cream being at the table then when confronted she started getting loud with my man definitely called corporate on her maybe a attitude class would be nice

Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. I have one treat a week and it’s always a peanut buster parfait. This place has no clue how to make them! I’ve come back a couple times too see if they’ve improved or if there’s a different worker making them, but it’s still the same. Only 2 layers of fudge and peanuts, and this last time the lady glared at me and kept filling the bottom of the cup with peanuts until it was nearly half full! I’m not the sort to make a fuss and I took it and ate as much of it as I could, but the sludge of melted ice cream on dry peanuts so thick that I couldn’t even get to the fudge at the bottom made me give up.

I’m not asking for perfection, just hoping for someone to retrain the staff to make the treats according to the actual franchise recipe instead of doing whatever they please, as slowly as they please, and as rudely as they please.

Took my grandkids for blizzards at 712pm Saturday evening 3/22/25. I went to the drive thru and was waiting behind a mid size van for approximately 8min. So I decided to just go inside, but THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. I got back in the drive thru line proceeded with my order. I
Specifically asked the guy for lids for the blizzards and a young kid with braces proceeded to hand me the blizzard without lids. When I asked again for lids, she acted like I was speaking a different language.
No I’m not going to drive and eat my ice-cream nor are the kids allowed to eat inside the car, so yes I requested lids ONLY to be given a nasty look as if I was wasting her time. Mind you the blizzards looked very wet/soft once handed to me. Had to immediately be put in the freezer and I live not even a 1/2 mile away.

I usually provide a tip nowadays when picking up any food/dessert for the convenience. In this case I did not and just decided to Never visit the location again.
Customer service has gone downhill and I hate to say it but it’s my own people that has begun to let me down. If you hate your job…….leave! You’re only making the businesss look bad. A lot of young kids have NO people skills, so how’d they get the job?

I was having a bad day and Matthew the store manager was able to perk me up through great customer service. It was 12° outside and he was able to help me figure out what kind of ice cream shake to get. He suggested what kind of birthday cake to buy myself, and upsold the cheeseburger because I was ravenous.

The facility is clean, and the drive-through orders were made quickly!

I sat inside to eat my meal and enjoyed the layout. I am not sure why this place has bad reviews because I liked it.

DONT DO IT!!!!! If I could give it negative stars, I would. They had none of the food we wanted, took forever (there’s only two people working there), we didn’t get fries because they couldn’t figure out how to work the fryer, and I was having a hot flash because of the blazing temperature inside. It was also almost $50 for four hamburgers and four ice creams. When we got home we not only found out they only gave us 3/4 cold burgers but they also overcharged us. AND NO FREAKING TOPPINGS ON ONE OF THE BURGERS! Save yourself from the terrible experience and never go here. Dairy Queen?? More like Dairy Peasant. I was not happy nor did my food taste good.

Absolutely the worst! Terrible products and terrible customer service. The kids were blasting music and dancing which would be fine or whatever if it didn’t take like five minutes for a vanilla cone with sprinkles 🙁 I also only got like one spoonful of sprinkles and asked and paid for extra. The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to.

I was over charged. My blizzard should have been 4.09 and my daughters small blizzard should have been 3.89 I was charged 12.66 instead of 7.89 plus tax. And tax for the blizzards shouldn’t have added up to 12$ very upset customer

It was pretty old and a little dirty inside. There was only one worker who was managing the drive thru and the front counter. He did an excellent job managing it all and ensured we were well taken care of. My biggest complaint was just how slow it was due to the one worker. It took over 15 minutes for 2 blizzards and a slushy. Again, nothing against the worker but there should definitely be at least 1 other person working. They were also out of one of the slushy flavors. Overall I will be back but it’s not the cleanest store I’ve been to.
