Good Evening,
I just left the drive thru without purchasing anything due to the fact that the lady at the window was very rude. I pulled up, waited for someone to say something. Nobody came on the speaker from my perspective on the outside of the building. I patiently waited (mind you I am recording for social media handsfree my glasses record so I listened back to my audio on my phone). Anyway, she comes on and says “I see your window isn’t working you NEED to pull up and order instead I have said hello multiple times” very very rude way to handle that situation. Obviously, at this time I can now hear her at the speaker. Rather than entertaining the idea that maybe something was going on with the speaker she assumed it was something I did and was very aggressive in her tone. You only get one time to make a first impression. This was a very bad experience for me.

We have been coming here for years. Almost on an annual schedule.
Great service. Happy workers. Great food. They make all their food great. The cones are made perfectly. Really. Such dedication to making the cone perfect. Everyone is always happy coming here.

Their lobby is closed do to short staffing but unlike Wendy’s when I called them to ask if their was a way I could order because I’m walking from next door while my car gets worked on they were so nice and polite on the phone and even in person were so nice.
Plus fast service, gave me a real chill vibe, made my birthday just feel a little better. Thanks Dairy Queen Staff you guys made my day much better.

Jennifer helped me select the perfect ice cream cake for a large group. It was delicious. I called the day before, and Jennifer assured me that they would have all the flavors after she double-checked the freezer. She also told me they make them fresh every day. Great service and a great ice cream cake.

I went today around 3ish and told the worker my order was incorrect and she caught an attitude and I asked for her name and why she got upset and she said nothing was wrong and her name was Maddy. I wasn’t going to make a post but about 2 weeks prior my order was correct but I asked for a lid and a Baylor or Taylor not fully sure also caught an attitude. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but it use to be my favorite Dairy Queen to go to but not anymore. They should get name tags because the worker from 2 weeks ago hesitated on giving me her name.

Haven’t been here in a while so I decided to stop in. There wasn’t much of a line. The food was hot and the blizzard was chilly chill! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Couldn’t beat the price.
