I ordered a heethbar blizzard. When the girl gave it to me, all I saw was vanilla ice cream, no chunks of the candy bar. When I asked the girl about the lack of the candy bar, she told me. O, they changed it to a powder, so it still tastes the same. I was not happy with that answer. She was blatantly lying! I gave her back the cup, and at that point, she offered to make me another one. Gee, when they handed me the new one, there were lots of chunks on chocolate candy in it. This girl showed no respect to the customer. If I didn’t persist that I wasn’t happy, she could have cared less and let me walk away with nothing but an expensive cup of plain vanilla ice cream. I would not want this type of employee representing my place of business.

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen. If you want a blizzard it’s basically all vanilla ice cream no toppings. The toppings that are there are right on top and the rest is vanilla ice cream the girl working yesterday taking orders was super friendly, but the rest of them are ignorant. I can’t even believe the way the girl was speaking to me yesterday with her little attitude, pointy nose, small little girl with reddish hair mousy. We had ordered three small blizzards, two puppy cups, pretty simple order not even exaggerating when I say that eight people behind me had already left and we didn’t get our order . Not sure if they lost our receipt in the shuffle but the girl had the nerve to tell me that everyone else got theirs before us because it was all cones while my husband and I stood outside and watched blizzard after blizzard after blizzard and Sundays leave … not one cone. Not a big deal that we had to wait and they made a mistake but the attitude that was received was really uncalled for .

Great outdoors Dairy Treat! Very efficiently run. Line goes in one door and straight out other side. Full menu. This one has great vintage photos and a history of Romeo. Corner of Tillson and main. This place gets packed! Not sure if there are restrooms on premise.

Ordered dinner for 6. Burgers were pretty much raw and cold as was the bun. Just the worst DQ double cheese burgers I ever had. Drink lids not marked diet so had to taste to see who got what. Order was also not right. One burger was plain with mustard only and it had everything on it. Also onion rings ordered were missing. My daughter went back to get new burger with just mustard and the missing onion rings. Replacement burger had cheese, Luke warm, and onion rings were mushy. Ice cream good, but they need to up their game on food

Service was not great at my first visit. Employee made a mistake on another person’s order and gave the lady attitude when she asked her to fix it. They also did a quick job on our sprinkles (that we paid for) and didn’t fully cover the ice cream. Didn’t say anything because it wasn’t worth the possibile attitude that they would have thrown back for asking that they do their job properly.

They loaded up our Coney dogs and gave a lot of toppings for our ice creams, so food was very good. Only thing is it was also extremly crowded there making ordering fairly displeasurable as you and other guest are packed in very close together.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. the employees don’t know how to treat customers. I tried giving a Romeo establishment ..my business but it looks like I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere! Born.. and raised in Romeo can’t believe what this D.Q has become it’s totally sad I hate to say that I won’t be back!!
