For the last few years we have went to this location for birthday cakes. This year I called and asked if they had a Luau themed cake, a young lady told me on the phone told me they do not but she was able to do tropical flowers instead. I was not expecting the cake we received today! It turned out better than we imagined! This cake is absolutely beautiful and goes perfect with my daughter’s theme! Thank you to the artist! I know much time and effort was put into making this cake and your hard work did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. We will be back for future cakes

We just went through the drive-thru. We went because the buy blizzard, get one free deal. We were told they don’t participate in it. We still ordered them. They were both made wrong AND had nuts in it when it shouldn’t have. Ordered nacho supremes, and the chips were stale. Spoke to Bryan, the manager. He just said, ok, and hung up the phone. Made no efforts to redeem the situation. VERY POOR presentation of Dairy Queen and Saint Clair. Conveniently and coincidentally, my credit card was compromised with unauthorized usage hours later!!!!!

This is a DQ that has some of the best and most consistent food of any DQ. The line is chronically long especially on a nice day or at lunch time so be ready to wait. Service is never fast and the friendliness is hit or miss depending on who is working the window but I will keep going back.
One of the employees distinctly smells of pot and it feels like it comes rolling out of the drive-thru window when he opens it but I don’t notice it from any other employee.

We went here for a take out dinner while visiting my mother-in-law. The staff were all friendly, enjoyable to talk with while waiting for our order (that was cooked fresh and quickly). Eric, the manager let me know that they have dairy free dilly bars now and we all agreed that Vernors is a great Michigan drink! When I arrived home I realized that Eric had given me an free “dilly bar on him” with a nice friendly note. Our dinner was delicous!
