I had 5 minutes till my bus came across the street I ordered a 3.59 dipper ice cream cone and paid cash, 5 minutes later I had to run back across the the street no come no money, how long does it take to make a dipped ice cream cone? with no other customers.

Second visit in 2 weeks since it reopened after side of building was replaced. Given wrong orders both times and not informed when we ordered through drive-thru that they were out of certain items until after we ordered and paid and they just substituted other items. Staff didn’t seem to care. We’ll go to Sweet Retreat on Smithville from now on. Much better service and ice cream.

I don’t know why people are so mad in these reviews about ours being wrong. Yeah the owner should do better but they’re also like 80 years old give them a break. I don’t even think they know how to work a phone. They are so nice and will do anything for you I don’t blame the workers for being rude they get paid like 8.50 it’s 2022 babes. They should be getting paid like $17. If I was getting paid 8.50 an hour I wouldn’t want to be nice to rude customers that can’t just take their ice cream and go. when I went to this location a month ago there was a short, dark-haired girl that was wearing eyeliner that completely made my night. I hope she’s doing well. I believe she was a manager.

Terrible drive thru. They have it blocked in so once your in line, you’re stuck. My family sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru because the store was more concerned with walk ups than drive thru. I watched multiple people come and go with their items before I could even move my car one car length. After 30 minutes, I called the store to see if there was something wrong to cause the issue. The manager was rude and pretty much said tough luck. Needless to say, we will not be giving them anymore business.

This DQ is far and away the most friendly and well-serviced location in the nation. I cannot stress enough the amazing quality of service this cute and convenient storefront offers to the local residents. I have frequented this DQ from a very early age and I am always SO IMPRESSED with the fantastic selection of great tasting frozen treats. I can tell, from the very first bite of every blizzard I order, that each is made with love and compassion–stemming from the strong roots this location has with the surrounding community. Next time you visit this unique landmark location, ask for Denice. She is always so pleased to provide wholehearted, expedient, and memorable service to every customer she encounters.

We have been here times this year and ordered the same thing all three times and got charged for extras we asked to get added and they make it wrong everytime… worst of all this time my double cookie dough blizzard has 0!!!! 000000!!!! Cookie dough even in it. Are you serious?! Worst DQ in the area. To be honest this and Kettering are awful. Neither can get it right. We even tell them what’s in it when they look confused

Even though they were in the middle of a remodle the employees here took a reasonable amount of time to properly ring in and prepare my large chocolate vanilla twist cone. All in all im very satisfied with my experience and would recomend this particular store to my family and friends.

Waited in drive thru for 32 minutes finally got to the window and they made my order wrong. All they could say was sorry we only have four people working theres nothing we can do about your wait. So you make my order wrong then have to remake it, then finally five more minutes later i leave and pull back around because you failed to hand me my credit card back and then say it was my fault because i speed away? Hows that possible when the order was wrong and you remade it. So 41 minutes i have my order. I have never had such excuses ir poor customer service at that location. Very bad customer service and too many excuses. Will be contacting a manager.
