This could possibly be the worst fast food in Highland Village. I’ve tried it a couple of times since it opened, I will never ever even give the one cent for a blizzard. They need to find someone that dip food in a fryer for the proper amount of time to cook it. Yuck! Managers did not care what I had to say just wanted to make sure I knew I couldn’t get a refund.

I’ve given this location many chances but believe me, it won’t happen again. The last few times I’ve gone, there is something missing out of my order, the gravy is only half full, the fries taste like they’re either old or have barely been cooked, or they don’t bother to even look at the online orders by the time I get there at the designated pick up time. The employees are so clearly apathetic about their jobs, I’m surprised this location is still open. There are better options in this area with better customer service and much better food. Save yourself a headache and stomachache, and skip this place.

This was our favorite location for blizzard until one staff yelling at other staff to stop taking order of the person who using free coupons & concentrate on the people who are paying , was talking rudely about the people using coupons (or even small blizzard which is first time user). We always used drive up but this was the first time went inside as the line was bigger. What’s wrong to use the coupon or free things. May be he was having bad day. Hope in future it doesn’t repeat. Though it wasn’t for me felt really bad because it could be me using that free coupon Don’t feel like going to this location anymore.

We entered, looked at the freezer, went and stood at the counter for ordering. A solid 4-5 minutes went by, someone from the back finally announced “you have someone up front ” he came up glanced at us, gave a woman a courtesy cup and disappeared again. The woman at the drive-thru or making blizzards or something saw us too. After another 3 or 4 minutes , we got the hint, they did not want us to order a $40 ice cream cake.

The steak fingers were decent. But the fries were as hard as a rock and when they made my blizzard it was not the traditional blizzard. It got all over my pants, the table, and as you can see, it was just everywhere. I’m not impressed.

I placed an order for an ice cream cake 3 days in advance. Went to pick up my cake about 10 minutes after the designated pickup time only to be told that the cake decorator didn’t get around to it. Thanks DQ for ruining this portion of my daughter’s birthday.

Tonight, we ordered 4 four piece steak finger combos. We didn’t get asked what we wanted to drink. While we waited for our food, we were asked to pull around to the front because they were making our food fresh and wanted to keep the drive thru moving. When we received our order it was all combined into one big box that was falling apart. (picture shown below.) I didn’t say anything due to the fact that my kids were hungry and ready to go home. When we got home, there were enough fries for MAYBE one of the combos. The fries and bread were cold and stale and we didn’t get any gravy. That’ll be the last time I come to this location again.

Not sure what kind of operation they’re running over there in Flower Mound but we ordered our ice cream cake through this app and the store said they have no record of the order. That’s kind of funny because the money has been exchanged. We went in to pick up the cake and they said what cake? We don’t even have any oreos. When have you ever heard of DQ running out of oreos? I am very dissatisfied with this store. They won’t be in business much longer if they keep this up.
