Dairy Queen is still one of the best place to enjoy food especially if you have a sweet tooth. No worries if you’re looking for more delicacies, they have more spirited foods that will make visit DQ on a regular basis.

Cute corner DQ – Plenty of parking if you want to sit in your car and just chat over some ice cream. Tuesday’s are a pretty good deal to go if you want a simple sundae. I’m glad this has stayed strong my whole childhood into adulthood.

I’m not one to be a heckler or rude, this was only my third time here, and the other 2 times were just fine, however, I ordered a brownie royal blizzard for $6, and what I received had my mouth gaping. The blizzard itself was dripping when it was handed to me, I couldn’t find any brownie bites, it wasn’t properly blended throughout, I could scoop and see pure vanilla just an inch underneath the top, AND the fudge that was supposed to be in the center was just dumped on top, the sight was atrocious. None of this was the “worst part”. I waited in line again, in the cold, to tell them it was made very bad & asked for an exchange or any leniency, they acknowledged it was made bad & said they had “several new hires”, and I understand that, they offered to remake it for me but told me they always just dump the fudge on top and it was “supposed to be like that”, I used to get royal blizzards all the time as a kid, and I’ll tell you, even in the pictures & what I received as a kid, the fudge was supposed to be in the center throughout the whole cup. After that information, there was no point in having them make another one if it was also going to be horribly made. Instead, I took my loss & ordered something else, but I wasn’t offered good customer service at all, just excuses. Still disappointed, not trying to get anybody in trouble at all, but it was just largely disappointing & shocking. Lucky to get 3 stars from me to be honest Just hope they improve and their new recruits and properly trained instead of using their newness as an excuse!

I ordered two blizzards.
One was supposed to be the royal strawberry cheesecake.
There was no cheesecake pieces.
The strawberries were just on top not mixed in.
Strawberry juice all in the ice cream!
Didn’t taste how it was supposed to!
The confetti blizzard sucked too. Barely any cake pieces and just vanilla ice cream.
The blizzards presence were both sloppy and taste wasn’t good.

Visited this Homewood location with my neice and nephews. We ordered 3 mini oreo blizzards and paid for 6. In return they gave me 2 dilly bars. As luck would have it one of the blizzards fell. They changed me 2.79 for another one. They stated I owed them. After a couple of minutes of trying to explain that they owed me. I just said forget it and paid. But my complaint is they are so rude ,dry and rushes you when your ordering
BTW it wasn’t busy or hot outside. I don’t know what it is other than they are lacking customer service.
